Martin Churchouse stated "The agreement with Jubilee Metals Group ('JLP") for the treatment and recovery of residual metals from surface materials together with the more recent agreement with Bezant Resources for the future mining of hard rock resources fits the model allowing Caerus to continue building the foundations of a Mineral Resource. This will comprise both surface materials and hard rock mineralisation that can be processed in a common processing facility to which Caerus will deliver feedstock whereupon the expertise of our partners takes over the mining and processing of ore and waste materials".
So it looks like the picture is coming together rather quickly at Caerus.. Jubilee Metals on site from mid September, ore sample results before that and a clear JV strategy where the partners pay all costs upfront (being recovered once processing).

Well if its anything like the Paimasa results then we will be waiting for some time. Nearly two months since advised that the Paimasa reslults were being re-assayed.

Jubilee build a central processing plant (all costs paid until revenue) and then Caerus feed it with millions of tons of dumps and tailings and then start mining ore at 20 mines.

' Caerus has now identified a significant number of additional potential targets that fit Jubilee's criteria, with the total number of former mine sites increasing from 14 to 20 within the project areas, all of which are potentially eligible for a single-site Joint Venture arrangement.'

This new company continues to expand and move at pace. Great management that keeps its shareholders well informed.
Looks like Q3 and 2022 is going to be exceptional.

nomura, bigbadbob79 makes a good point.... Just spent an hour trying to find anything on the company without any luck.

I realise that the possibility of a JV with Jubilee Metals is ongoing and that there are millions of tons of Dumps and Tailings which may contain considerable amounts of Gold waiting to be processed.
But what I didn't realise was this: 'Back when the old mines were still being worked, the government tax on any gold credits was so onerous that hardly anybody bothered either assaying or processing it.'
So these dumps and Tailings could well be hills of GOLD just waiting to be processed.

In March 2019 CGML published a Feasibility Study for the development of Anglisides, following work by Katla Exploration (2011-13). CGML applied for a Mining Licence. The approval process is ongoing.

Absolutely nothing on our 100% owned resources to which Newcrest have zero control.

The only thing I picked up on was that it sounded like SD stated that the PFS would only be covering 4.2Moz..... Hoping I heard it wrong.
