LZ , as always your recordings are always watched gratefully by me.
Are all the temp portacabins still there or have some/all been removed? Do you ever get a chance to speak to the on-site Forman or site manager? A peek at the time lines plan maybe?
A new career in MI5 or MI6 might await!

VIS post 10.55 today.
So can you explain if there are any implications to the Peel Deal regarding the shares for cash already on the table? Will voting against resolution 8 affect PHE BOD ability to finalise this?

Thanks Prentice.
Full report was a good read when knowing the area well. It hasn't raised any additional concerns with me, NRW are just doing their job and each application should be decided on its own merits.
I suspect Alba is keeping any interaction with NRW as low level as possible, less chance of interference by pressure groups that way. Also normally helps ensure better communication between parties and possible tweaks to get the application over the line.

Hi Prentice
I've not been able to find the culvert application you are referring to. Please can you post the Gwynedd planning application reference number so I can have a read of the details.
Many thanks

KA once told me £7m and we can get it built. I'm still waiting!

I disagree with you. HUI is in the infant stage and it doesn't matter that there is little liquidity in the shares unless you need a firefight sale. There are cheaper ways to get Aleksandra on side than buying HUI out, even a directorship of £1m pa would be significantly cheaper.
HUI and PHE's models of business and stage in the chain are differently positioned so whilst I expect HUI may make profits earlier, their success will open the floodgates to PHE share price. IMO it is all timing.
I certainly don't want another W2T giveaway. Let PHE and HUI work together in partnership to benefit all. A takeover or merger would be wrong at this stage.

TP3 - Thanks for your reply and the info. Are you able to identify for me the Patent and IPR's that were applied for regarding the research/development and actual process? I would like to read up further.
Fixated on H2 & DMG I am not. PHE is one part of my complex portfolio based on research, knowledge and risk. I post on only a few of the companies I am invested in so to look at past posting history will be very misleading.
DMG will only be part of the solution, there are plenty of others and many of these solutions may be extremely time limited due to the speed of change and discovery. The DMG has potential to operate with multiple income streams and I agree it is potentially a go to product for old rubber tyres and specific plastic waste. It has potential for so much more.

This is the last email I will be posting on JET and the next stage Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production (STEP) project (read to the end). They are gearing up to recruit lots of new team-members in the UK for STEPS . My opinion for what its worth having visited the project is that the UK Government and the existing teams working on JET and STEPs intend the UK to be no.1 in the world for this technology just as the article states

Thank-you for your offer of further information, I'm very interested actually, I'm happy to read whatever information you are prepared to share. Are you able to elaborate as to which upgrade or stage of upgrade you were part of and in which country the project was undertaken? I'm interested in the project but also how/if DMG utilises any of the outcomes and if there is anything you consider PHE or HUI should be aware of that could aid their future R & D?
Would you also mind confirming if you have either been employed or contracted to work on the DMG or its previous prototypes?
Many thanks

Thank-you, your written rant has given me a good laugh this-morning.
I am really pleased for you that you have been at the forefront of H2 energy source information for at least five years or more. I like to absorb and accumulate information so it would be helpful for me to know which areas of H2 you actually specialise in and your qualifications to support such research/development. I have no such specialism in H2 except as a PI who does a lot of research around a company or industry I am interested in. I do use that old SWOT analysis model as part of my research and investment decision making process. The T is just as important to me as the O.
Just for the record, I agree with your final sentence, ' More research needed I think Wolves' , most definitely. In my case all the time I can put aside to it, until either I stop investing or expire!

Hi BlueToff
Jet you can't except at a national level. It is a joint collaboration between various countries. The same applies to the next stages of the project in France.

For some absolutely nothing. For other investors they will read around the companies and industries they are invested as knowledge is key. The link is hydrogen, use of hydrogen and future demand but also maximising heat exchange technologies and improvements to battery technology etc.
Please feel free to skip my previous message however there is plenty of good reading for some.
A few weeks ago I went to an open evening at the world renowned JET project. Worth the trip just to get access to scientists and in the know people so I could assess an alternative technology and potential timescales before its availability. As stated, some of us do our research, some like trying to stick drawing pins in the donkeys tail!
In my book Knowledge leads to further knowledge, when I've tried the drawing pin approach I normally regret it.

For those that like to read around the potential of hydrogen in flight.

Many may not have come across Reaction Engines but I advise that it is well worth having a look around their website. A view into the future of various complementary technologies.
Have a look at who their main investors are as well.

I agree, it does look like a temperature sensor (TS). I wonder what the life span of this type of sensor is. I would expect at least one other backup TS so that production wouldn't have to be stopped at an inconvenient time to replace the sensor as it is probably one of the most important bits of kit to ensure correct levels of gasification.

With positivity, drive and determination PDD has a real opportunity to alter the existing direction of travel and showcase the technology to the world. I'm far more positive now than with the last two incumbents even though the news feed is a bit slow and doesn't give much away.
Still waiting for answers to my questions though.

0772Fritz - AE is a real person, has attended at least one AGM and I am 99.9% certain attended one of the two DMG open days in Chester. Astute, knowledgeable and canny was my impression, I would genuinely advise you to revise your opinion.
That said, I have no knowledge of AE's current motivation with the posts, I will always read them as I can make my own judgement as to the validity of the points raised.
I still believe PHE will eventually thrive.

Hi Dr A
I am a bit confused as to who HW is working for PHE, HUI or both? The relationships need to be explained fully and openly. Who is his main employer and therefore where his main motivation is directed. (I have no issue regarding him wanting to getting a FOCK up and running and his belief in the tech).
I have never believed in PHE being a pure tech company, and have been frustrated with the direction of travel over the last few years. Maybe through lack of knowledge, I feel that PHE has left behind their responsibility for getting the FOCK up and running and left it to others to do it for them. I am not a fan of territorial contracts unless they contain get out clauses. They should always contain non performance, and penalty payments for non delivery.
I can understand PDD needing time to understand and review the business but I also expect from him to be clear about the Peel contract, before we proceed forward. If Peel can not or will not complete financial close , I am not in favour of extending it, and we move to a plant by plant contract basis with them. Having a P--l on the board, has this enabled an advantage and possible leverage (legal only) over PHE's decisions?
I understand accounts and make my own assessment regarding PHE's cash position now, and if Peel were to take the 10% holding, but I believe that PHE need to be open with us shareholders. What is the current cash status, operational cash burn, what cash has been already committed and legally tied up in early item purchases if any? Can any purchased items be transferred to a different venture and if so are there any implications to PHE?
If PHE was to enter into a joint partnership to get a FOCK up and running, could it be front end only therefore to prove proof of concept without the bells and whistles on the end? Could we spend c.£7-10m without HUI or c. £20m+ for the full process? What moneys could PHE contribute to a venture before they would need to undertake another fund raise? If a fund raise was required how much would be needed and would it be offered to existing shareholder first prior to going to the external market?
Has PHE under invested in quality sales employees who can get contracts over the line? Have potential suppliers been approach to either fund FOCK parts free with agreements to procure for all future sales or parts provided with payment schedules after a working FOCK is completed?
If HUI and PHE went into a joint venture, what are the realistic time lines?
The above is just a starter on the questions that need to be answered.
I can not say if I will support a joint venture with HUI in Ireland. While I want a FOCK I need to understand what is reality with the Peel contract. PDD could approach Peel for a binding agreement to be added to the existing contract regarding timescales or state that there is still no certainty that Peel will proceed. PHE can then change direction.
Holding - no change.

Hi Kenny
Thanks for the link. I have listened to it several times but it is now being played continuously but quietly in the background.
