What is exactly wrong with calling on the BOD to sought their patch of ground out during a sensative time for the stock ?

Yes last night I lost it & even folk who dont agree with my opinion can at least understand my view point & some will agree that Alexi's actions by not informing the BOD are out of order.

Not gonna discuss another share here, but UFO the share at £2 I was selling & is still stuck at £1, im happy to be out & perhaps saved some others from slow death. Even then I only poster against the rampers on there who were awful (& clearly wrong).

lol its called constructive conversation in my book, & looking at the SP (even now) Alexi's actions have done damage, why can we not discuss it (if im still goin on about it 2 weeks from now id agree with you, but it happened about 2 trading hours ago - so do one) ?

Also I sold because my belief in the BOD was rocked, nothing to do with postings on this site +ive attacked no posters here (till Gecko took it to personal level) my anger is focused on Alexi (& to a lesser extent the BOD for letting this event to even be an issue - they could of put conditions on the share gifts)

1) That Alexi didn't tell the BOD about his plan during a critical sale period (when PI's are information starved) & give them the option of putting out an RNS on the same day. (for this u r scum Alexi)

2) That Alexi appears to be getting away for this action scott free, I want this bloke hung drawn & quartered & a chunk of his options wiped off the face of the earth - in about equal amount to the damage he did to the SP & BOD reputation (which whilst they didn't know - they should have known (they gifted these shares to him without conditions it appears & the guy is a loose cannon by his actions)

3) That LTH turn on me for what, selling a few whilst my confidence is massively rocked in the BOD (due to them not knowing what Alexi was up to or frankly god knows what...we have no informationnnnnnnn) & then gloating about research/belief in the BOD wouldve saved you (the same belief that is lying on the floor at 4pm last night) really ?

Yes im ****ed (in the end im about 150k shares down - so not alot in the scheme of things) & I want accountability on Alexi reckless actions - aimed squarely at his options (he has failed in his duty to protect shareholder wealth imo)
