This cuts to the core of my recent sell.

My buy decision was based on metal exploration/miners on the rise/silver exposure/low Mkt cap etc...

So this first deal smacked of far to little return (makes me doubt the BOD's deal making skills for future deals) coupled with awful timing (from an existing shareholder perspective) of warrent pump out.

I straight up thought, them warrent are getting sold im out for now, i also sold some in the 2.8s re SP getting toppy to fast.

Im still posting here at all because the company assets are still attractive, but the BOD need to improve imo....

Key point is tho carpfisher I didn't post that here (as I wouldn't want to be termed a pump & dumper) I never pumped the share & I never I dumped the share on this bb - I just quietly made my journey through this share.

I had my own reasons for both buying & selling which lead to my longterm view of the company.

Nothing against traders (myself inc obviously) just the bb mess (to which my post alluded to)

Fair enough, tbh I dont want to expand on my longterm views - the bb isnt mature enough (at present) to hold a decent balanced conversation on those.

As for short term, just avoid the peaks as some of these rises will be extremely flimsy is obvious, but for investors timing an entry into this share is now tougher imo..

To many traders cluttering the SP atm for my taste - lets see what next week looks like (tbh i'll be interested to see what 4.30pm looks like as well)

Seriously, it feels like the share has been completly overrun by traders.

If you want a consistent rise you need Investers not Pump & Dumpers.

Im not saying this is a P&D, but just look at the bb people its awful, if anything is likely to put off new investors its the constant drival from the it'll be over 2p at lunchtime crew, who have bought in this morning & are sitting on the sell button.

This share needs to settle after yesturday before anyone serious will look at it imo...

A man I can relate to (that reminds me must cut down on the salt & kfc), I never even stood out in the early days as a de-ramp hater, I was just a number in the crowd (the good old days)

Bagged me another 100k today, it'll take me awhile to catch up to bhargav, but you gotta give it a whirl on the dips :)

I'm sure we would be even less bothered if folk like Silversun didnt stir the pot round these parts, when frankly they have no capital on the line & therefore nothing worth adding to the conversation.

No just 100% out of UFO, I think the hype will drift, the warrents will get sold, the newsflow might slow.

TBH I just couldn't call the next few weeks there after such a good initial rise.

Dont get me wrong it'll stay on my watchlist for abit.

In fairness alot of us didn't fully grasp it at first.

I mean 40m ounces of anything is a big pile, never mind the spoil heap after getting it is prolly worth a shed load (given the richness of other metals etc...)

Ofc we dont have all the licences for the 40m ounces yet, but I carnt see any other company moving in for them without our holdings.

Not a bad venture out, with £35k EUA profits turned into £104k & now returned to the pot here (with a tiny split over to OMI).

What actual cash was generated here = ?
(forget the mine costs as were are only a 20% benificiary)

Also the timing of the warrents aint great, you telling me they arnt sold already.

Ok fair enough, certainly not my place to argue.

However UFO/OMI rise faster & stronger recovery when compared with BZT.

Your not an isolated share, to retain investor interest your BOD has to compete with the competition & recent placing + warrant cash are not protections against future raises (esp when the SP rises) BOD trust is critical.

Ok im not in - therefore disregard (im mainly bored atm on my own share tbh) this.

Having made a little profit & wanting to spread it around mining companies a couple of weeks back i selected 4 & weighted my investment as follows :-

BZT 10%
OMI 40%
UFO 40%
GWMO 10%

Now you may rightly wonder why I weighted BZT 10% punt, dilution threat was my main concern (similar with GWMO), fast forward a week UFO (+OMI slightly behind) shot out of the blocks, I dumped BZT/GWMO like hot potatoes & piled more in.

BZT for days didnt stir (this ought to be alarming to holders here - almost all the metal miners were shooting off & nothing here), finally after UFO/OMI slowed (profit taking - me included) BZT had a decent spurt (on no news - looked like traders trying to utilise their UFO profits imo) & now almost as fast as the rise the utter collapse, this tells me it aint just me with little confidence here.

The main threat to a junior explorer/miner has to revolve around jam tommorrow dilution, if you check out the UFO/OMI bb's they post regularly of why this wont occur on their shares (ofc it still might but the risk is being somewhat mitegated & at least fronted up - certainly not swept under the carpet)

IMO the bod here need to address this fact first to build any lasting confidence, otherwise its a pump based on metal interest without substance behind it.
