I think Tesla needed to become boring and start functioning and being valued like a regular company. No good having a PE of 1000+. It's just not sustainable when it continually goes up on no news constantly.

Good buying opportunity at this price in my view.

Tesla seems a bit marmite to be. The folk that have one love them and for some people it's just not their cup of tea.

RCF'S usually require a fixed and/or floating charge over assets. They are not the same as asset based lending. I've worked with many RCFs in the past and am currently working with an ABL. You might be able to Google but anyone who works in finance at a reasonable level for a decent sized company has most likely worked with these types of financing.

Corporate financing always involves some form of collateral so I'm not too sure what type of distinction you are trying to make here?

Personal guarantees are usually applicable to small owner managed businesses, not really relevant to companies the size of Boohoo.

Or maybe actually research using verifiable decent financial sources like FRC for anything accounting, decent high-grade journalism, reputable analyst calls, etc.

As opposed to researching using self written or algorithmic junk like Stockopedia, Simply Wall Street, Motley Fool, etc.

In most cases Google can give you any answer you want, whether it's from a good source is another matter entirely.

The one thing I've learned from this & Evraz is that at the first sniff of trouble the big boys get out and get out quick as they are investing their client's money in the case of HNW individuals or life time savings in the case of pension funds, etc.

That wasn’t that many iis in at that point anyway. Think Jhango was the biggest at that point. There are RNS showing reduction in holdings.

RCF’s are pretty vanilla forms of short to medium term financing. Not everyone can just get one. You still have to go through bank’s due diligence process like any other loan transaction. The beauty of RCFs is they are perfect for funding the peaks and troughs of working capital requirements as they can shrink and grow as an when needed. Having an RCF isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s a far better source of working capital finance then going cap in hand to shareholders in my view.

The disclosure statement is absolute - if this doesn’t get passed it’s c7. So the judge has to choose whether to save jobs or not.

Here's the thing Warren, you think there's very little information here because the piece of information you have any faith in are a set of accounts, which by the time you have them are out of date. Because of the C11 there is a treasure trove of information. More than you could dream of if the company was not in C11.

You've got a blow by blow account of every move in the the dockets . Monthly operating accounts, several financial forecasts, etc, etc. A very detailed plan of what is going to happen which has already been re-agreed with the creditors. They've even demonstrated the voting %, which show that the plan cannot be voted down, and the deemed and accepted presumed votes of parties that will not be required to take part - such as the top tier secured lenders and shareholders.

The point is the company was fast running out of cash with its everyday obligations. To have to pay a large settlement on top. Look at how they had to structure the regal dissenting shareholders claim and iirc they even had to go back to them to restructure the payments.
