Here's the thing Warren, you think there's very little information here because the piece of information you have any faith in are a set of accounts, which by the time you have them are out of date. Because of the C11 there is a treasure trove of information. More than you could dream of if the company was not in C11.
You've got a blow by blow account of every move in the the dockets . Monthly operating accounts, several financial forecasts, etc, etc. A very detailed plan of what is going to happen which has already been re-agreed with the creditors. They've even demonstrated the voting %, which show that the plan cannot be voted down, and the deemed and accepted presumed votes of parties that will not be required to take part - such as the top tier secured lenders and shareholders.
