Hi Redhammy - I hope this all gets sorted relatively quickly whatever the outcome, even got a small holding in RevB myself now. The strategic alliance together is an exciting prospect.

Both companies have imperfect boards in my view, but such is life.

It's because they need them to transition in the new execs. So in the short term they will provide 'value' in terms of their knowledge of what is a large complex business.

That's the thing with lenders, they are your friends until they aren't. We enjoyed a decade long relationship with one of the big retail banks in the UK. Then as soon as COVID hit they wanted out and were completely unreasonable but had no security over us as we only had an unsecured overdraft and a small RCF. In 25 years I've never seen a relationship sour so fast and we were still trading as we didn't close our business.

It'll be a different arm of HSBC but essentially PIs or HNW. It may even be shares lent to shorters, etc.

Because your intentions are nefarious. I've got no problem with a bear case. In fact it's healthy to have a decent debate. But that's not what you bring. You post the same simple posts over and over again, little intelligence but designed to sway people to a certain point of view. But posted over and over and over again, sometimes day after day after day.

Then you make massive statements like when you questioned Bob Holt's record as a director and suggested he was up to something murky, then when questioned you can't back it up and try and leave the room.

it's a pattern of behaviour that I noticed pretty quickly despite only back here for a short period of time. The RevB board clocked you straight away for what you are.

If anyone is wondering why I've got such an issue with PeePee take a look at he sinister nature of his postings last Friday night across two boards.

Very strange, suspicious and most sinister behaviour.

He also thinks distribution centres should be in COGS.

He also didn’t know what working capital was and thought that revenue and turnover were different things.

Yet it’s important that we all delve deeper into the numbers.

That’s the problem with financial speak and qualifications, you end up looking daft because you know what you are talking about.

I think regarding the award is the issue is that it wasn't advertised in an acceptable fashion to shareholders.

That's not to say they don't deserve the awards given the job they have done in sorting the mess and getting the company re-listed.

Weak governance never ends well. If shareholder votes, whether you are agree with the outcome or not, should never be so easily overturned otherwise what rights are you actually getting for your money.

Mr Kioto - your shares will not have £5k value, they will be more or less worthless because in this administration there will not be anything to salvage with all the assets moving to Newco.

I had a look and you can actually sell the shares while in administration with the permission of the insolvency team. However with no market and low likelihood of any willing buyers, with perhaps the exception of Poor Invester, this seems a non starter.

This was all in the court docs the other week. Mooky and Co will leave their exec positions but will be retained on a consultancy basis to aid the transition to the new exec team once they are appointed.

I think it was on the same docket that had the Crown Holdings year end accounts on iirc.
