In my opinion this is because they are leader in EV cars my a country mile. They are the Apple of EVs. They now have the other major EV makers conforming to their charging standard so they have the upper hand in the charging infrastructure as well. All other manufactures are trying to catch them up while still having to produce ICE vehicles.

My point was that as part of producing accounts, or not being part of the reason RevB was suspended you are not required to carry out a working capital review. It should be a regular function of the management anyway.

A working capital review isn’t anything to do with the accounts. They’re bringing their filing and processes up to date and then they can re-list. The financial state of the company throughout the turbulent period has already been confirmed by the recent audited accounts that were released.

Once they have all their financial and governance controls in place they’ll be good to go. AIM do not have the authority or capacity to require them to carry out a capital review which is a management function of the executive. If they did have that kind of authority there would be no companies on AIM.
