While this might seem a good revenue stream DD will bring with it reasonable costs. If SYME require a decent understanding of the clients operations they will need to bring in expertise. If they are only going to deal with customers who have a decent credit rating there will be forensic accounting costs. I've seen what happens when a bank goes balls deep - there is a big bill to consider.

Not deramping just pointing out that we will have a margin rather than this be an absolute revenue stream.

'Proven' is a strange word to use given this is a (semi) new concept. It can't be both.

Regarding these DD fees there is a commercial reality. If SYME promise the world and cannot deliver they will not get paid, despite what's in the RNS. But without seeing a contract and what constitutes performance no one has a clue.

Trader - We've already been told in an RNS what the impact of the October SH monetisation will be - an annualised revenue of £6.5m.

Looks like Europe is opening flat which is hopefully good news.

What are people’s thought on receiving decent information in the middle of a self off?

Would it not be better in calmer waters for better effect, otherwise it may only have the affect of damage limitation.

Aim - in my experience when wealthy people use a web of companies to buy it’s usually around tax, privacy, allocation between family members behind the scenes, etc.

Or it’s commercial in nature for instance a privately owned company not wanting their competitors to know about a start up for instance.

But they are buying them on the open market from PIs though.

Every board on the site complains that the shard price is being held back if it’s isn’t rising 5% everyday.

How can they be manipulating it when they are building their holding up slowly over a number of weeks in thousands of transactions.

Poor - I can’t see anything that will drive it there other than sentiment. Maybe I am being too pessimistic by just looking at the RNS’s for what they are but I can’t see anything else to go on other than frilly PR and promises.

Poor - I’ve explained before I initially bought in August and then bailed out. Bought back in again at start of month and have just doubled up today. Did well actually as KefI has freefalled.

I’m positive but not about 3p by xmas or £1 in twelve months. Great if that happens as I’ll pay off my mortgage many times over. I’m guessing more 1p after decent financial news in the New Year and details of take up of second securitisation and after that who knows - stick a finger in the air.
