RE: Could this be the Investor referred to in the RNS.....?1 Nov 2020 11:43
I've just had another read of the RNS and there is no reason why this investor is necessarily Italian or even European. It just says "The Investor is a leading global alternative investment fund manager". It could literally be anyone. Plus if you have a look into Storm Harbour although they appear to be HQ'd in Mayfair, London, they have offices in New York, London, Lisbon, Madrid, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Dubai.
I'm not convinced you have found them here. If they were privatised in the 80's that suggests they were in existence long before then.
You could be looking for a needle in a haystack.
Something I picked up on before and should settle the nerves for those who are nervous about the drop in SP. The forward guidance is £6.5m revenue from the Storm Harbour securitisation. So while there is a delay in terms of crossing the t's and dotting the i's there doesn't seem to be any impact of the expected financial performance of the first monetisation.
