Hi Bombay.

There is an RNS button in the top of each page.

If you’re in more than one share create a watchlist.

That way you can look at one page with all your shares on and there is a column for new RNSs.

Depending on which broker you use you can always set up alerts if you are at work.

RNS can drop throughout the day as well. With SYME they are usually related to inter day actions if there is a large price movement.

I think a few have before.

I'm pretty sure I've figured out who it is down to two or three people by the style of the posts use of caps, quotations, etc.

Not that I could do anything about it anyway, or could be arsed to do so.

Pretty sad thing to be doing during your xmas break, almost feel sorry for them.

MN1980 - New concept and all the ducks are lining up. My biggest concern is round the accounting not stacking up for the client companies but they brought one of the of the big four in to help with the UK. I think the UK is the key to the whole think as they will use it as a global hub. Italy, Middle East, UK and USA all in varying stages of progress.

It's low overhead, highly scalable. It's got a cult like following so passions are high on the board. Some great posters and some idiots, like most boards I guess.

In my view high risk/high reward but a great journey had so far.

Yep I read everything good and bad and give the tyres a good kick to see if it stands up to scrutiny.

I think you can do quite well just by learning the economic cycle and the ebs and flows of the markets. I always keep my general business knowledge up to date as well to help spot opportunities.

Don’t always get it right but on aggregate make more then I lose.

Folk get precious over it but that’s how I found GGP, SYME and now HE1.

Very valid points though Lewis. I’m in GGP and I always think being in Oz rather than Africa gives that extras layer of comfort, especially when I’m hanging in the coattails so to speak.

Hi Alfred. I’ve only got HE1 going at the moment and obviously at a small loss and have a stop loss set at 5.5p.

I expect this to just sit there at the moment until news - being charged 0.3% interest per annum for the long position which is annoying.

I am putting more funds in to have a play next week on other shares so I can get the hang of it - although expecting an upward market move on Tuesday after the EU trade deal being completed so it might be difficult to spot good opportunities.

Then withdrawing my profit (haha optimistic) on Friday before the wife starts asking questions ....

Hi hallowed to turn this back to the OP it depends once this is up and running how scalable it can be in turning originations into monetisations. I guess this also depends of how quickly the captive bank is up and running and put in funds?

Plus another thing to consider is that a lot of those current originations are SME and AZ has pivoted to medium and large caps so while the growth in client companies ‘originated’ will likely slow, the individual contracts should be for higher values.

I suppose that would depend on whether they have bought in equal portions or not.

Ted is card to call. I’ve been in and out over the last six months where it has sat everywhere from 90p to 140p.

I’ve had a bit of success trading it once a week a few times and should have took profits again at 140p.

I always have TED as part of my long term/Recovery portfolio and have an an average of 118p at the moment.

As a side note I’ve found the sale on the website extremely frustrating again as it’s basically sold out of all sizes for the items I want. Good if you are very big or very small though!

If more of the view that unless you’re sat on AZ’s office we don’t really know what’s going on with the structure and the reasons for it. That’s not to say anything underhand is going on. I’ve said before could be to do with tax, family share split in the background, etc, something mundane.

With regards to call options, loan shares, etc, I haven’t really got any experience in them so don’t really feel I can offer any worthwhile comment.

I’m more about the company itself, the concept, whether it works, regs, etc.

Plus Extrader not too sure why this was specifically aimed at me as I’ve never really given any time to all this business over the ownership structure.

Hi Bombay. For me this is the year of the comeback if the vaccines can be mass rolled out in Q1. Airlines, oil, travel and leisure, restaurants, etc. I started rotating once the vaccine news came and have made decent gains already. Plus with the £/$ heading for 1.4 the US is cheap imo. I bought some Draftkings this week.

The £1.92b is this the pool of potential contracts or ‘originations’.

SH was originally set to be £300m but is expected to be more now. As for what comes after that who knows I guess it all depends on how the regulatory process goes in each region. I’m now working on the assumption that if IM1 has been delayed then IM2 (originally due for March) will be as well but I guess this is dependant on how quickly it can be ramped up.

From what I could make out from the RNS they have bought 4.2b from IWEP (DW) and sold 4b to the ‘New Investors’ so if anything their holding should have increased by 200m shares unless I’m missing something.
