Hi Tex - I’ve got an account but I’m more of a voyeur.

Hi Elon - my ISA is with HSBC and they won’t let you buy only sell.

I don’t know at what point they enter into a new share for their customers as they are nominee shares.

I’m looking info a CFD now to get me started but need to move funds out of my ISA which I have never done before.

I’m really annoyed with HBSC. I said to them to give me a reason why I should open a new ISA with them in April and they were dumbfounded.

I don’t know at what point the high street banks would purchase a new company shares in order to offer them to their customers.

HSBC aren’t buying any to sell at this point in time.

I’m going to keep an eye on it but might have to buy outside of ISA which I don’t like doing with a prospect.

I might do a CFD instead but I’d rather have the shares.

Completely get the point about this being the key to it being scalable though and in that regard I agree completely.

Savvy - this is what worries me about this though with the terminology that is used. In the RNS I think the term used was ‘development’ when he talked about the BIg4 and the standards, now he is talking about ‘evolution’.

I’m assuming he means of the platform because it’s unlikely a small cap is going to be able to change an international standard, especially when we’re trying to put a square peg in a round hole.

Tycho - I was going to mention APIs earlier but felt out of my depth as I’m not an IT person. So for example the group of companies I work for do not have an all singing all dancing ERP. We have different systems for the store/factory/warehousing businesses (raw materials, stock, sales and purchases), finance & payroll. We then use APIs to pass the data back to the finance system. Or at least that’s how I understand it works.

FB - IFRS is the international framework that most developed countries adhere to. It’s a one size fits all standard, well for large most likely public organisations anyway. I’ve been raising the accounting issue for a while and AZ obviously believes it conforms or he has hired one of the BIG4 in order to help make it confirm.

I think we would struggle to get the regulatory approval in the UK and US without it. If we can crack the UK we’ll have a base to roll it out globally.

I think the Apple share app uses data from Google finance and it can be a bit ropey, missing data, incorrect closing prices, etc.

FB - there’s a reduced standard for smaller businesses called ‘IFRS for SME’ which I thought would be the saving grace but it doesn’t require them to comply with IFRS 15 from what I’ve been reading.

The shortage being ended by the pandemic, as in a short term factor. Once everything gets going again demand will increase and supply will be squeezed.

The SYME business model is structured such that, prior to each portfolio Inventory Monetisation, the Company generates revenues from the client onboarding processes. These revenues grow in line with the increasing size of the portfolio of Client companies. For the extended financial period to the year ending 30 September 2020, revenues are expected to be approximately £2.3m.
