Yeah I would said while this audit news is reassuring to an extent this aspect in no where near over the line yet.

It won’t be until the individual clients have their actual audits and they don’t qualify the reports that this aspect will stand up to scrutiny.

I don’t think the platform can take smaller clients as they have to be compliant with IFRS 15.

IFRS for SME doesn’t not require companies to comply with IFRS.

If you think about it logically, if it was your own money what would be the point in exercising the option price at under the break even of 0.86p? It wouldn’t make any sense other than to give the wider market a boost by a director taking a larger position.

Plus does anyone know who holds the 630m shares that the option relates to? That’s nearly 2% of the company up for grabs.

Dickie - there’s definitely been SP momentum running up to this RNS which should be the holy grail of RNSs that all other RNS have pointed to. I don’t really know much about how call options work but it seems the SP is walking up to it (although if you factor in the option price I think it’s been said the break even point is 0.87p).

The latest information we have is from the interim accounts to 31.03.20 (available on the SYME website under the 'Results and Reports' Section) in which there were no tangible assets.

As has already been said this is a group of employees with software and IP at the moment. Technology/Platform businesses should be low overhead so I can't see any major capex on tangibles.

I incorrectly thought CINE was dead and buried.

Still massive potential downside from both COVID and Studios sending content straight to streaming. Plus it’s heavily in debt.

Not too sure if it will come back like it was not just anytime soon but if ever.

I can’t quite bring myself to have another punt on it, I feel I have missed the boat and it would be a risky investment now.

The website is set up entirely for investors so I’m assuming they have boots the ground making all the contacts with client companies so to speak.

Or maybe we are that early stage that the website hasn’t been properly developed yet. I’d expect the quality to be ramped up pretty quick once this is up and running and more business focused than investor obviously.
