Is it even possible to share shares that have been de-listed in the background?

Do the main retail brokers and banks even offer this facility and do they not have a duty of care to their clients?

Is there anything pin the FCA handbook on this?

I’m not sure CFDs affect the share price as there is no transaction in an underlying share is there?

Yeah fair play mate it’s a massive point of interest and not one that should be dismissed lightly. I hadn’t given too much credence to it myself before, if fact I pretty much ignored it. But in the current situation we are in and the RTO and what has happened to the shareholding since is concerning. We all know directors having skin the the game is a positive thing, so logically when they are reducing their holdings it’s concerning.

Also not to say anything fraudulent is going on because the whole point of a public market is you are free to buy and sell shares (to state the obvious). It the RTO, combined with the subsequent writing off of the valuation (although that may well be a technical aspect to be with the substance of the company at the time) and shift of the account dates followed by the breach that in the face of it do not look good. So you can see why they are taking a good look.

I don’t know much about how often these terminals get updated but the one in the research doc clearly doesn’t account for the reshuffle outlined in the Dec RNS.

Personally I’m hoping for the best but my head is telling me to be ready for the worst.

I wouldn’t like to think there is no hope though.

This was always a punt.

The interim accounts clearly state ‘New TAG’ own 38.9%.

That’s from the company so why would I/we have reason to think the answer is something else?

There are no longer any other parties considered ‘related’.

Hi Tex - the only problem is this data doesn’t include the events of the re-organisation RNS when Orchestra sold to TAG and 1AF2 merged into TAG at the end of December.

Plus some of the other names mentioned in the other thread are no longer considered related parties in the interim accounts.

Hughezthe information I have posted is from the interim accounts RNS. It’s the latest data we have got published by the board.

The end result will be the unwitting retail investor holding the can again like last time while everyone else bails out. I’d rather BTC keep away from all that and become a proper serious store of value.

Micky the latest data we have on related parties is from the interim accounts:

1AFR2 was merged with TAG to make ‘New TAG’ group who clearly now own 38.9% which actually correlates which the reduction in insider ownership posted on the Bloomberg terminal shot posted yesterday.

The AvantGarde Group SpA

The AvantGarde Group currently holds 38.9 per cent of the shares in Supply@Me Capital plc as announced on 24 December 2020.



**Previous** to the date of the RTO:



· The AvantGarde Group SpA had provided a loan to Supply@Me S.r.l. of £325,875. As at 30 June 2020 the amount due to The AvantGarde Group SpA was £325,875 (2019 - £nil); and

· Orchestra Group, AZ Company Srl and AvantGarde 4.0 Srl

Orchestra Group SpA controlled more than 20 per cent. of the share capital of The AvantGarde Group SpA and is controlled by AZ Company Srl and AvantGarde 4.0 Srl.



· Finance Partners Group SpA

Finance Partners Group SpA owned 17.66 per cent of The AvantGarde Group SpA.



On 24 December 2020 a reorganisation of shareholdings was announced, resulting in Alessandro Zamboni becoming the sole Beneficial Owner of The AvantGarde Group



Eight Capital Partners Plc

Eight Capital Partners Plc is a current small shareholder (0.1per cent.) in the Company, holds a 28.6 per cent interest in Finance Partners Group SpA and additionally has Dominic White on its Board.



Epsion Capital Ltd

Epsion Capital, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eight Capital Partners Plc and conducted the placing for the RTO.




Dominic White

Dominic White holds directorships across companies that are related parties (iWEP Ltd and its parent companies iWolf Ltd and White Amba Investments LLP, and, Eight Capital Partners Plc).



Alessandro Zamboni

Alessandro Zamboni is the sole Director of The AvantGarde Group SpA as well as holding numerous directorships across companies that are related parties.

TheProphet - That's strange as IG let me put a new CFD on this morning.

I've had to close a couple of positions this week though thanks to the new leverage rules.

Apologies if this has already been covered. I've been trading ARB over the last week or so though a CFD but opened up an actual share dealing account today to buy some ARB to hold and wasn't able purchase - kept getting the message 'Not suitable for European Retail Investors'. So I emailed them and managed to speak to someone on the online chat who told me that they won't sell crypto to non-professional retails. I couldn't believe this given they let you trade on a CFD which is far more volatile to large losses.

I thought this didn't quite add up given what's currently going on with the share so my question is to you which Broker are you using?

To state the obvious I’d never mean another poster any harm. A lot of posters will be worried and stressed over the current situation, why wouldn’t they be?
