Hi London Investor - I don’t quite buy this. Behind the RTO is a complex web of transactions relating to the ownership, directors selling shares, the loan companies, call option. 1AF2, TAG reorganisation. It’s a lot to have to go through and replies to be sought. I don’t think the delay is pandemic related, I would think this is a slow process to begin with.

With regards to JIT isn’t one of the ways this is achieved by pushing the onus of stock holding further down the supply chain? AZ did a very good interview in November where he talked about inverted JIT.

One day a couple of weeks ago SP released articles on SYME, BIDS & RMS, all negative, all on their way, down, frauds, etc.

TW has created a narrative that everybody has bought into. Pay attention to what the company is saying. The most likely outcome is that is what is happening. We know the situation in the background is not straightforward so needs to be gone through especially with the series of events that have occurred in the last year.

You fca are simply going through all the material relating to the rto, change of accounting date, etc. It’s a process. We don’t know how long it takes, whether they have urgency, etc, etc.

The problem Parm, no matter how good your intentions, is that if SYME and FCA are simply going through the motions and it’s running its natural course in the background, which could take a long time given the nature of what they are going through, then you might make the situation worse by making further complaints to a higher authority.

You could be adding another layer of bureaucracy and prolonging the suspension further. So think carefully about what you are doing.

I agree with the comments re NHS being notoriously poor at buying, however they are buying PPE is the billions of pieces.

I’m not fully researched here but has the rationale for manufacturing in the uk been explained? I would have thought they could have made them much cheaper in China or turkey. Is it to do with speed and the leicester rag trade being down the road?

Been stuck in a teams meeting all morning. Checked by CFD account. ARB knocked out stop loss. Then noticed RMS RNS and the 40% drop - stop loss knocked out at 2.2p - could have been a lot worse. So I thought I’d put the same amount on again and catch it on the way up. Went for a run and the stop was knocked out again - so I’ve managed to make the same loss twice, wiped out a good chunk of my ARB profits which has also gone back over 300p.

I’ve watched Dr Cave a few times, he’s that that trustworthy look in his eyes. Hopefully he’s the brains of the operation. I’ll hold my hands up here and say I’ve only done the briefest of research and no nothing of the other businesses outside the masks.

The small amount I’d time has been spent on the warrants and working out how to vote.

I think the recent drop in the value of gold related assets is just as much to do with the rise of crypto as a store of value. Big players are moving into the arena so gold is having to share the wealth so to speak.

I remember reading in a book or an article that the best time to buy is when everyone else has lost their heads ad selling and I think that’s what is happening here.

Well this is fun to come back to. I thought you were talking about SYME having no CFO. My point was they only have 13 employees (probably a bit more now I expect) hence why they wouldn’t have a CFO at this stage.

The rise in crypto and the coverage over in the states is interesting. It seems a lot of investors are starting to move out of gold to make way for crypto.

The chart is starting to like a bit spiky now for. Me so I think I’m going to see how this plays out before adding any more.
