Hi Poor - I think it’s a mixture of things. Big institutions have been cashing out, director sells, multiple dilutions.

I think it’s had such a good run and the constant good monthly updates are probably priced in now.

The next big catalyst could be entry into the nasdaq but the CEO can’t/won’t confirm or deny due to the listing rules so it’s not even known if it’s even in the cards.

I think it’s in the wrong exchange and probably should have listed in the US from the off where all the momentum is.

Good posts trendz and nice to see the board doesn’t have to to dominated by negativity, which some of has been quite spiteful.

Money is pouring out of Tesla and FAANG ready for this.

With the amount of cash on hand it does make sense to purchase the building outright. Also if the cash is just going to sit there uninvested and keep growing and growing they should really be looking towards a dividend.

I’m not someone who is overly fussed by dividends but I think it would make sense if the alternative it to buy property.

So while the Plc is new, in it’s current incarnation, the body of work to get it to this point has been carried out over a number of years.

Tesla, Amazon, Shopify & Apple make up a huge chunk of my portfolio so it’s been a pretty drab six months (other than Tesla) so it’s nice to see a sustained rise over the last couple of weeks.

I think the re-opening trade is looking overbought now so there’s a bit of rotation going into growth again. Plus I still think they’ll all smash earnings season while the reopening will largely still be struggling to make money.

Why are you researching a share you are convinced with fail.

I’d say the coinbase ipo is most likely behind btc rise today.

It would be interesting to know how comfortable the big finance houses would be with lending to crypto companies.

I think institutionally things are changing but most players are still risk averse. It might well be the choice of two options a) sell bitcoin b) sell stock.

If your stock is high and you believe btc will only be going north then selling shares is a no brainier from the companies perspective.

Alpha - nearly an observation. Obviously there has been a retrace from around 240p recently. Meanwhile stocks like MHC and HE1 have been flying and had money pouring in. Short to medium term investors who are sitting on big profit here will move onto the next thing.

The question that needs answering and probably what’s depressing the SP how will it be paid for?

Until we know this share is now sat in a massive unknown for an unspecified amount of time.

I think there’s a lot of money moving out of here now and going into other big risers at the minute.

The market is either down generally or pricing in the upcoming dilution.
