Seadoc - in terms of keeping the lights on there is a resolution at Fridays AGM for the immediate issue of shares with a nominal book value of around £30k @ 0.002p per share, which depending in that value they get sold for will provide some working capital.

This ESG stuff is only going to get bigger and bigger as well. I sat in a meeting the other week with our firm’s new CSR officer and she pointed out a list of our current failings. Bearing in mind our business is predominantly in the trade we’ve not got anywhere near enough female employees. The problem being when trying to win tenders CSR is a big box that needs ticking.

On this front BOO has a long hard road still to go down and the ultimate result will be higher wages for the workers which will eat into into gross margin.

It exposed one of the risks in a btc investment.

It’s probably because video games releases are weighted to the second half if the year. All the franchise releases like FIFA, COD, assassins creed, etc, are released from September onwards on the run up to Christmas, evenings drawing in, people generally more at home, etc.

I’ve managed to come out of this in quite a fortuitous position. Since jan I’ve managed to ride Argo up and sell at reasonably near the top having bought in at 135p. Then I bought back in and topped up a couple of times and have had an average of around 240p for quite a bit.

My stop loss got knocked out at 200p last week but have managed to buy back in at 165p with more shares and are now riding it back up.

Thing is we’re in that early does a dilution at this stage really matter. Plus it’s an acquisition so is adding value rather than issuing to keep the lights on so to speak.

I’m quite liking the thought of the rebranding to tradeflow as well.

Poor - if you looks at the proxy resolutions being asked to vote on at the AGM it’s a pretty safe bet that TF will be funded by a share swap/issue (resolution 5). Unless this is a contingency of funds cannot be secured elsewhere.

Unless AZ has one of those magic money trees that Teressa May used to bang on about.

The only other option would be TAG purchasing it but when it would be a SYME acquisition which according to the RNSs it is.

Hi Dai - no been in that too long now to bail out and I’m not too underwater at the minute.

Pulled out of RMS and had a small holding from the Deliveroo IPO which I’ve given up on.

Yeah I know it’s not been suspended but I didn’t know if IG might have done something of their own accord. They already won’t let you buy actual shares!

Either way it’s got a cross next to it.

Anyone here on an IG CFD? I am (ouch) however at the minute it is showing a little red x against the share as if it’s been suspended.

Can’t see if this has been mentioned and I know IG are stamping down on volatile stocks.

Anyone know anything about this?
