2/Covid has pushed back increase in revenue streams

This is the part that I find mystifying.

COVID had accelerated digital advertising. It should be boom time. Maybe the opportunity has come too soon before our technology perhaps.

Probably not by the introduction and then delays of next gen consoles.

I haven’t been in my p4 for weeks and haven’t bought a game for months while waiting for PS5.

The key is to be comfortable with the amount you have invested so you don’t have to worry about the troughs.

This period remains me of the period in the autumn when it was stick around 0.4p for what seemed yonks.

The accounts will have a forward looking business review.

Bricks and mortar retail is having a bit of a resurgence.

Ted Baker popped as well.

The US FED don’t seem to think much either.

It’s a massive move for a regulator to rubber stamp this because if the bubble did burst then they would come under flak for being lenient, like what happened after the banking crisis in 2010.

Peakhop it’s a theory and I mentioned the other day that maybe they could sweeten the deal with a slice of TAG. However the RNS makes it quite clear that the acquisition is being made by SYME.

If AZ owns it outside SYME or via TAG none of the future profits accrue to SYME shareholders as we will not have any stake in it other than potential commercial trade, like what is happening with the captive bank.

The idea is that the sum of the two will be greater than it’s parts and SYME shareholders will want a stake in that.

David Minchin is off to a great start. By his own admission not a polished ‘pump and dump’ CEO. There’s something genuine and honest about him. Gives me great confidence in increasing my investment.

I'm sure we all have at least a basic idea of how an IPO works. The point is that all the investors topping up and amassing large holdings are not contributing towards the potential funding ofTradeflow, given the RTO was over twelve months ago. Everyone topping up post-RTO is buying their shares from another investor, ie. nothing goes into the SYME coffers until they release some new shares onto the market (resolutions 5 & 6 from AGM).

I think the difference with Ted is that we are in the early stages on a turnover/rescue plan in the middle of a pandemic.

So once we get through this and wedding, ascot, etc, and the social/party season gets underway again with City workers returning to offices then this could get going quite nicely.

The beauty of side is stylish, but not too expensive so is very accessible and has a strong brand and global appeal.

I am biased though I love Ted Baker stuff :)

Tread carefully on HE1 Parm it’s in spiky territory at the minute I would say after such a big rise and we’ve just had confirmation on the 2D scanning being completed.

Based on yesterday’s share price that puts the PE at 37.6 by my maths - £3.26/8.67p

If there’s a decent drop over the next week or so, ie. boo follow the usual cycle then a decent buying opportunity.

The 5% is the contribution to the group as a whole (25%) not the growth of the individual brand.

It’s not that tech companies borrow heavy, It’s that growth stocks and in particular tech stocks are modelled on revenues weighted to the future so in a high interest environment when the market discounts those future cash flows they are worth less.

Apple have $200b in the bank and got completed batterie today.

I agree with the idea that some should be sold but rather than a dividend I’d rather it be re-invested in operations, ie new facilities, machines, etc, or strategic investments like the Pluto part-acquisition. Maybe other blockchain related tech other than just coins, Create value elsewhere rather than having complete exposure to BTC.
