RABAT, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Moroccan mining company Managem
said on Wednesday it agreed with miner and commodity trader
Glencore to produce Cobalt at a plant near Marrakech.
The project is conditional on a feasibility study, to be
completed by the end of the first quarter, to assess the
commercial viability of the existing plant and its carbon
footprint, the company said in a statement.
The cobalt will be produced from recycled cobalt, nickel and
lithium with demand seen coming from the expansion of renewable
energy and electric vehicles, it said.

Thanks DP - I think you need to change your "moniker"
I'm just curious to know if there are any UK interests in manufacturing components etc. using Rare Earth Metals or is the focus (o/s China) solely in the USA?
Clearly not used enough!
Hi, just wondering, looking at divd forecasts, is there not one due in March 2022?
Anyone have any thoughts on whether there is likely to be another special dividend, like last year's (April)?
Perhaps Berenberg are factoring in the impact on profits of constructiong phase 1 of the E_LIX processing plant?
Personally I'm just glad to see the shares re-admitted to AIM. I would add IMO the SP is dictated by the market, in spite of of we might wish for. Again IMO this share is for LTHs and at the moment is not being overly manipulated by mms.
We hold our shares in ISAs (Broker = X-O). I haven't contacted them yet, but their normal response is that if the shares are not held electronically / not LSE listed they don't want to know. Given the current 16% dividend yield, I was contemplating topping up before they went ex-div, but with ethe demeger and the postulation that the SP MIGHT drop by as much as 20%, I'm not so sure ....
Hopefully the modest rise so far today is more than the MMs playing games....
I'm guessing it was to use the COP26 "green vehicle" to promote the potential / image of RBW?
JLF ... re "I know - Sad but true. Common sense is - sometimes - an oxymoron in politics."
I'll go further than that .... Common sense is more often than not an oxymoron in a large proportion of the population.
"The loss-making firm was set up in 2013 by Autonomy founder Mike Lynch. Along with his wife Angela Bacares, Lynch retains a 15.98% stake worth around £700m, and they - along with other major investors - will be free to start selling down their holding from Wednesday, the Mail on Sunday reported at the weekend."
Wednesday could be interesting ..... Claire you might see your620p yet??
Bunter, I think you might want to check out PH's credentials https://www.peelhunt.com/ before you pass comments "small mickey mouse broker" ...
Iceman re "So far I have bought 20,000 today! "
Taking what you say at face value ...... I'd have to say that you are either incredibly brave or .....
Given the preponderence of copper required in the building of wind turbines, I wondered if any of you guys had Cu investments? I've got a small amount in Glencore
Environmental group Greenpeace has lost its case against the UK government over a North Sea oil field permit.

Sanity returns .....
I'm still in, but I tend to hold a "thimble full" of shares in a number of companies.
I've only recently purchased GKP; not surprisingly, perhaps attracted by the imminent dividend payment. Are my calculations correct in saying that this divd equates to a yield of 8.87%, which I think??? is better than that given by the "big six"?
I agree, looks like "somebody's" finally smelt the coffee!
