Many people will have many opinions.

Mine with regards to HH is that until the court of appeal has ruled on the legality of Surrey council's 25 year production permission & 4 more wells it will not move forward very far as if the ruling overturns the permission where does that leave any production or export of oil without a permission & any production will likely have to stop.

From this perspective UKOG can not imo. release any forward figures or plans as if it is decided to overturn the permission & even if they did the market would not accept them.

That leaves the question of what will happen if the permission is overturned as a decision would be made effectively to return it to the original court which is at Surrey council.

Alot seems to ride on the outcome of this case but my thoughts on the legality is that it will not be overturned as emissions are monitored for all onsite activities & a environmental permit has been issued. The transportation of the oil is regulated by COSHH & the hazardous signage legislation.

The key thing for me is that it is not until after going to the refinary & being processed into it's many uses that a decision on the carbon emissions for each individual product & it's usage can be made based on the amount of each product produced as there will be many different levels depending on the products & there individual uses & some may not have any.

As far as what has been given up for whatever reason & the cost to shareholders. It is a difficult one to see anything given up but there are individual reasons for each one which may not have been able to have been decided before purchase. I accept though that as many purchases at such a early stage may not have been advantageous without cash flow, a CPR allowing RBL.

My thoughts are that the companies argument would be that the price that would have have to be paid in the successful case would be much higher & UKOG would not at a later stage get the acreage that they have.

For now imo. the jury is still out on that but HH, BB & Dunsfold or the IOW have not been given up, & more of the HH licences have been bought.

As you seem so sure of everything, I have just one question for you if it is possible for you please just answer Yes or No as I don't need your reasons or qualifications.

Do you see the UKOG share price rising over the next 12 months?

Whatever your short term views as I have said my position is longer term & whatever you short term or trader views are concerned if they can be believed? a value investor has a short, medium & long term view.

Some people just post negatively for whatever is in front of them.

Personally im not sure if it is only alchahol that causes his problems.

Delusion in the right context & timeframe is fine but obviously FOTH's out of touch with current reality.

When the time is right all will be ok revealed.

Imo. Loses it will become gains.

Gl. to all holders & cost price averagers, traders will be hit or miss in the long term I'm betting that success will come to those that have the courage of there conversations & patience.

We will be out of the EU cycle soon & the past will be t he past & the future will be on the horizon!

Despite Penguins negativity UKOG are not a one trick pony!

It may take time & maybe a few disappointments along the way but now UKOG is in production this share will grow in value.

I remain positive on UKOG long term despite the short term difficulties.

You have a constant negative view pont which I agree could he construed constructive in the short term uncertainty but long term according to government policy does not play out, although you are a declared shareholder? Which many don't believe.

Your scepticism certainly has no balance if your investment strategy is different is in question as is your is your identity & ameture status & bulls*it.

Maybe as wealdoilers & Tony say there has not been any reports of water tankers since the workover.

The irony here as far as I remember is that the water issues only started after the new pump was installed.

We may have to wait a few more months to see the outcome in the OGA'S figures & hopefully by July we will see the benefits in the interim results.

Below is the RNS & also a article on long lead time gas utilization equipment which if I have understood correctly will allow commercially viable wells to become commercial.

The reason for no statement of comerciality of the Kimmeridge when the wells are declared as commercially viable could be lack of gas utilization equipment especially when to much gas is present & the oil would not be allowed to be produced by regulators. ( DL comments were that there was a lot of gas in the Kimmeridge)

Early days following the work over & pressure build but time will tell.

One of the most confusing messages from the HH, EWT was alway that the Portland was commercially viable & declared commercial.

The Kimmeridge layers 3 & 4 werre declared commercially viable but not commercial. Is this gas utilization equipment the piece of the puzzle allowing a Kimmeridge commercial declaration & the Kimmeridge to be plugged back in as it has not been flowed since the EWT has ended & HH production began.
