I'm not convinced & personally want to see value added to the shares in issue from the resources of the aquired assets or what was the reason for them being purchased & being put into production?

The CEO has put his reputation on the line that forward development will be funded by RBL unless there are exeptional circumstances.

The current circumstances are nowhere near as exeptional as they were in March or April 2020 & the company holds cash from other project developments which it raised previously & stated that it can reduce planned expenditure where necessary.

For your wishes to become a reality I think that lots of bad news will have to be released which is already factored into the share price which may not materilize.

On the basis that that bad news does not come things should improve quite quickly.

Here is a extract from a early November RNS stating the production to September & that it was over 135 days & works out to 208 BOPD when oil was produced.

The HH-1 intervention and other related activities are part of normal oil well optimisation. By their very nature, these operations and the continual need to optimise pump performance, can result in considerable down time i.e. periods of no production as such monthly or annual production figures may not fully reflect the long term flow rates of the well. During 6-month period to the end September 2020, approximately 28,060 bbls of oil were produced over approximately 135 operating days.

I really don't understand what you think a consolidation here will achieve at this stage can you please explain?

I have no problem with a consolidation after the release of the value from the reserves which adds value to the shareholders who have supported UKOG through thick & thin by working through all the dilutions with share Creation the main driver of UKOG's increased PEDL 137 & 243 licence holding from 20% to almost 86% to achieve the foundations & the building blocks of UKOG's growth for the future.

For the company to do otherwise would be a betrayal of long term shareholders and the company ethic that it has so far sought to achieve!

If the value is added & the share price rises any consolidation on top would be on better terms, benifiting everyone.

We have been advised that HH1 is robustly commercial at $60 per barrel with 140 BOPD & that was at about $24 per barrel production costs during the EWT.

Production opex is now advised at about $13 with a Brent Crude price of $51.80 .

On the basis of opex at $13 & Brent crude at $51.80 how many BOPD production do UKOG need for HH1 to be robustly commercial?

There is obviously a gap to fill to balance imports & exports & stop our £'s going overseas.

We need to produce more here in the UK & use it here & export it to balance these figures & address the affects of the imbalance & the effects that have built up probably over many years.

We have the resources & now is the time to put them to good use.

We have indeed seen lots of shares created but we now have 86% not the previous 20% of Horse Hill licences & is now a 25 year production site not a pre EWT site.

Anyone with any doubts should take consideration of the OGA comfort letter written at the time of purchasing the last 35% share of the PEDL 137 & 243 & understand what it means.

Fund are not needed yet IMO.

Funds were raised earlier in the year & now not needed for prep work at Dunsfold.

It was stated that if funds were not needed for projects immanently they would be switched for use elsewhere & dilution would only be used as a last resort.

IMO. we will need to wait a little longer but I am sure the Brent crude price will soon justify it.
