The problem is that he will not find a answer in a RNS to copy & paste.

Although I am not an accountant the reality is that the equipment will be deemed capital expenditure & will have a depreciation value.

If it is the case we are not producing & selling we will have no rental costs to pay on a ongoing basis & the other benefits will resume with oil production.

Your currently expected figures have obviously been updated between 28.4.20 & the interim results towards the end of June & as stated they were still expected to be higher when they were worked in.

But obviously a more negative figure highlights your perspective even if it is not relevant.

God forbid that any one should accuse you of negativity, being misleading or misrepresenting the facts in your posts but could I just ask you to comment on you claim that UKOG has only saved $4 on a barrel of oil in production with the new purchased equipment when the interim results results posted below state a reduction of $11 from the EWT to $13.

HHDL was a private company & is now integrated into a UKOG subsidiary company.

I believe it's reporting period was around Christmas but now it is integrated & UKOG also owns what was Tellurians 35% holding its reporting could be brought into line & report over a even 6 months timeframe.

While I am not an expert.

I presume that the fact that the the discovery is on a 'anticline' may have something to do with your post & with more modern imaging before drilling before drill this may not be an issue this time but is obviously a risk factor.

I note that on that on a nearby licence over 300 wells have been drilled & 200 million barrels oil have been recovered over the last 40 or so years.

What do you call the foreseeable future?

If no update to the market has been given by the company it is not necessarily bad & we do not have the inside knowledge to understand what is going on.

The reality now that HH is in production is that updates are only necessary at the interim & full year reporting stage.

I grant that it would be more helpful for these intervals to be 6 monthly than the current April reporting of full year results & June reporting of interim results.

Maybe someone can raise a motion calling for a amendment at the next AGM.

There may have been more reasons for this to happen when HHDL was independent but now it is a integrated subsidiary of UKOG it should be brought into line & communication improved.

Despite this if we don't receive a update on HH before we should receive one before the end of March.

The only reason for your negativity surely is a cheaper buy in price to trade as long as the share price spread is not to great.
