No mention of the £10trillion trade deal negotiations with Australia then DCB? All sounds a little one sided and desperate. What is the vested interest?

After a great deal of consideration I think I have worked out who DCB is. Can you? Eventually having ranted on for many years! Against all the odds and his own amassment and many others he had finally got what he thought he wanted. After things calmed down a little and he realized what he had done he resigned. He is now campaigning on this Lloyd's billboard for a second referendum under the the name of DCB. I think DCB could be Nigel Farge in disguise! Does anyone else have any other suggestions? I suppose if he stays here his message will not get any further!
