Not long for HH flow tests now. You know how SS Likes his last minutes. He did not miss the last deadline will he miss this one. Spring ends 20.6.2018 & Summer begins.

Donotpanic I don't think there will be a placing yet. Funding may be required for next year but will come later with better T&c's. No imminent deal necessary but all have been warned it will come at some stage. I think with SS actions speak louder than words. I repeat you have been warned read the only RSN on this for now. Mgja You caught my drift. At the very least SS will be ruling out those that have been negative when initially asked. The boot will be on the other foot soon. I'm sure Ya will be a lot more competitively priced next time. A lot of future business lost for many being short sighted.

Billy you forget to mention where the funding is going to come from to find the oil and get it out of the ground at commercial rates. The thing with HH was the good level of flows which needs proving over longer periods. The sidetrack which is funded has the potential to raise the flow significantly.

mac A lot rests on these flow tests. The previous tests were very good and the planning permissions are already granted for a sidetrack on this well and a second well to be drill which is already funded at this stage . Plans are in place for 2 new sites next year for drilling next year so the company is forward looking. Do you think they can do this with no hope of tomorrow?

As the RSN said a deal may be done if the T&C were agreeable. This does not mean that a deal will or needs to be done at this stage. Investment is tighter at the present time because of Britexit and quite lightly why we are funded up till the end of March 2019 which is good forward planning. You have seen the RSN's for the future wells and development and discussions have already been had about funding to put HH into production. How do you think funding will be found. Waving a magic wand?

Then the funding can only be for debt repayment, a buyout of other companies or the future. I think we will hear more at the end of June.

Matteth If the discussions for funding is for the 2 new wells, production at HH drilling HH2 & sidetrack or paying of the loan notes which may be part of the interim report we may not here any more as we have been advised that they are considering the finance.

It's a good question and the only answer I have is to confuse or put off a predator. Although it has reduced the share price to make it more attractive.

Jiffy I think it is maybe a question of what does it mean for UKOG and its shareholders if it does not become a operating company? I am sure there will be many points to consider IMO. As a owner operator it would have the majority stake in its operations giving it overall control and not need permission from any fractious partners. I may be able to raise finance based on assets which could be considered as recoverable oil in place which has been determined by a independent third party industry expert which has happened today and may be based on proof of concept. This may need to happen once HH is declared commercial as it may prevent UkOG being the operator at HH of the production there. I am not sure if it would mean that stamp duty would need to be paid on share purchases as it is no longer a investment company or if stamp duty is not paid on any aim share. These are my initial thoughts but please let me know if you think any are completely wrong.

Scandic May be they are just waiting for the rig from Angus and already have permission. I just thought of a reported comment from SS a few weeks ago that if Angus or UKOG get to the Kimmeridge first it does not matter. Maybe he was referring to getting the rig first. We should know soon enough. GL.
