I think that I asked a similar question before.

I asked why UKOG did not do a rights issue for the previous £10million funding for currant shareholders to take part and the best answer that I got was that no one would be prepared to under right the rights issue.

Just as it is not possible to get normal finance from a bank.

If the oil flows and is confirmed commercial things could change and the cost of finance would not be as high and lenders may be falling over themselves to put money in UKOG'S pockets for the return they would be able to make without such a high risk.

It is some times good to consider his points but you must make your own decisions on your own risk level as you you will get the reward if you are right on the short /medium or long term if right. It's like tightening a spring at this point to launch the price higher. Why it is not already higher on this volume is anyone's guess.

Argus1 The company may agree to this if they want the loan out of the way and volumes are high. Better out of the way before tests complete in my book.

Maybe Esso were getting ready for a buyout with the pipeline so close to the wellhead.

I think the market will reassess UKOG when its share price stabalizes around 2.2p with good news. Maybe flow tests beginning. It was interesting to see this as the price achieved on the OGA announcement before falling back to end the day at 1.5p. The next morning it dropped due to the placing. It will lift a few from being underwater for the last few months and shine a light for the way forward. SS has said he is not interested in the share price until UKOG is producing commercially. I think if he is going to take up some options he may do it then. But not till next year Imo.

I would imagine arrival and set up next week ready to kick off for the end of Spring and the start of Summer.

Looks like a good week for UKOG. From Twitter: KOGL advertisement notice to extend BB site retention, fencing, cabins and security for an extra 18 months. Obviously looking at a further sidetrack. Also planning news from Holmwood.

Maybe he doesn't need funding but has dealt the shorter a massive blow. A few names missing hear now with nothing to say!

Maybe someone should tell the financial reporter from The Times. HH is on schedule to gush again and it will if he likes it or not. Just another negative reporter on his soapbox without any real knowledge or facts. Maybe he would have been a better reporter for the news of the world with his pedigree.

Jiffy My calculation if correct was that Tellurians 35% was based on Solos purchase price as an insider is £5,850,000. Got to sleep now . GL
