I thing SS's aim is to have a higher flow rate from the Portland than the original 660 BOPD from the Whytch farm tests before declaring commercial & moving to the Kimmeridge layers.

I understand that the only drop of oil you ever found in your time was just sold for £3000 in a glass oil drum for charity.

It would be great if British gas has found gas near Gatwick as it will help promote UKOG's gas interests here.

It has predicted that the Godley Bridge-1 Portland gas discovery extends into the north of PEDL234 and well analysts, Nutech, indicated significant Kimmeridge oil potential under the Portland gas accumulation.

KOGL has started work on selecting a well site, the accounts said. A planning application would be submitted to drill a well in first half of 2018.

Thanks & just for my understanding why do they not own a percentage of HHDL & have had to pay there percentage to bring HH to production ( eg. Drilling, testing costs etc.) but can claim that part of the revenue or profits when it is commercial?

Alba Minerals 18.1%
Solo Oil 15%
Doriemus 10%

& Tellurium only own 35% of the licences PEDL137 & 246 in which HH sits.

What will Tellurium be entitled to when HH is commercial?

eg. rent or a lease charge on the HH site or percentage of profit as a licence holder?

I try to generally have a positive outlook and try to keep a reserve for a rainy day as I believe every cloud has a silver lining.

Results of the Portland are due soon and the company has so far been very positive with comments of HH being better than expected. I don't believe that they are there for the Portland not to be commercial.

I am glad to hear Pijoe is happy to be proved wrong.

I usually find his points very discouraging and lacking balance.

It is important for me and many investors maybe without a great deal of technical knowledge not to be constantly barraged by a negative perspective we know the risks look at what information is available to make our own decisions.

For me the balance of risk has been to the upside for some time.

But I wish all those who are still underwater well & hope you will all come to profit in the non to distant future.

I can not imagine any circumstances with all that has gone into HH & a sidetrack available before HH2 is drilled that they will not get HH to be commercial baring a major catastrophe.

The market cap is calculated by multiplying the current share price by the number of shares currently in issue.

Every time the share price changes so does the market cap.

Likewise if the share count increases or decrease so does the market cap.

I think pijoe1212 was on the original drilling team for HH in the 80's.

After deramping continuously he now admits BP found some oil at HH but not enough to make it worth while.

I can't wait for this fella to be proved wrong.

what is it for?

Who can ask what sort of questions?

Who deems what people can & can not say?

Is is to ask questions to try & get an answer or for discussions or to abuse one another?

How can these warrants be execised if they were from the UKOG investments LTD. company prior to its relisting?

Was it not stated in the admission document that share options would be carried over but no warrants would be carried over to the newly listed company and no funds would be raised for the new company on change over.
