With the proposed development of 4 new Wells at HH this may only be the start here as over 20 years of 365 days pumping of 4000BOPD is less than 30,000,000 barrels of oil.

I am sure this will be raised in time with sidetracks in these Wells but moving the oil to the refinery will become one of the biggest issues.

It is great to see this coming together & when the same happens at 100% owned BB & IOW the sp should be a long way from where it is now.

Hopefully with the ex finance director of Hurricanes help this can all be done without a great deal of dilution for currant shareholders.

I don't think DL can sell as they are in a closed period.

I think they may be waiting to start the Kimmeridge tests as we enter October with the Portland tests falling into the UKOG 2017/18 financial year & the Kimmeridge tests falling into the 2018/19 financial year setting at trend for growth.

Wait for the report & see the difference after more longer term floiw testing has been done with increased floiw rates.

It would be great to see a 46% growth in the CPR as well as flow rates.

I think DL said Angus /UKOG this week & next week but he is always a little cryptic with his comments for obvious reasons.

True but unfortunately they do not do it in a timely manor & the horse has long bolted leaving loyal shareholders high & dry a issue the BOD needs to resolve IMO.

I first bought at 2.9 before BB (that is not 'Bully Boyzee').

When it dropped to 1.7p & below I asked the same questions I now hold about 7 million am in profit & believe more to come.

I don't think the oil has gone anywhere one well is considered commercial, we are waiting on test 2 & 3 which had extraordinary flows for onshore wells previously in the same location.

We will be producing oil by early 2019 with a second well or a sidetrack in place & a return to BB to resolve the known issues there planned.

I think 2019 /20 \21 could be excellent years which could also give extra growth from UKOG's other licences.

I just think a little patience is required SS still holds skin in the game through his options not yet exercised & sold. IMO.

They will probably buy out some more.

It makes less sense as I understand that this will give UKOG over 71% of HHDL with the three parties who have agreed to sell so it should have been a formality.

A comment from Penguins was very interesting that there was a further agreement in the HHDL contract that once a single partner has over a certain % they have the right to buy out the other partners at the same price I think to prevent frustration of the major holders plans or devaluing the minority holders value.

Maybe this has caused some partner disagreement & the deal will now not go ahead with any partners.

This would mean that all partners would need to provide there share of the funding for the next stage of development instead of becoming part of UKOG through the shares they would own & it providing the funding for future development.

There is always a possibility that UKOG is trying to negotiate a share buyback clause that it can have first opportunity buy back the shares & cancel them should a partner wish to sell which would limit dilution of UKOG in the future.

Thanks for answering my query.

I have asked this a couple of times as with a few other questions on this board to only be met by no replies.

My thought is am I just asking stupid questions, Does nobody else know or are they to frightened of answering and being accused of being wrong or looking a fool.

I am long past that & think any replies help develop debate, generate knowledge helping fellow investors gain a interest in their investment & make there own decisions after considering reasonable relays.

I think there is enough negativity on this site & a lot can be done to help fellow investors should posters be willing to engage constructively.

One option that I considered was that it was based on a commercial declaration of the Portland.

The reason I discounted it was that I thought that may be price sensitive & would need to of been mentioned in the RNS.

I was 35k down then 80k up in a matter of days with this share and am currently up about 42k fortunes can change very quickly here.

Profits could have been good but I believe in what is being done & believe that there is a lot more success to come.

I hope I am right like many other Pi's here & wish success for all who are as there is no reward without risk!

Of course SS skin in the game as his options are part of his earnings!

The fact that he has not exercised them & sold them for a good profit at this point should tell you the bigger story.

He stands to make a lot larger profit when he does choose to buy them or has no choice to buy them or loose them.

If he then buys them at that time he can hold or sell them at any time or for any reason he chooses as long as he tells the market that he has done so after the even.

Better held in options IMO.

I am very confident that UKOG will be successful but would like to know at which point the purchase of the HHDL partners will go through as it requires HHLD approval which I don't think has been given at this point.

Please correct me if I am wrong!

If the Angus flow test is successful do they need another planning permission for this well as they already have a production licence?

A lot of shareholders will be a lot happier when it is 20 tankers a day coming out of of BB that will give the reality of things moving in the right direction 100% owned.
