I expect the FARM DOWN option Mr Thornagasson because -

DQE Commercial terms already agree which they look to include in contract

Directive by Mining Minister for Petro China to increase PRODUCTION (I think this is direct ref to PC-Petro MATD dealing otherwise how will they increase production without there own new blocks)

- CNPC (PC/DQE) Parent company agreements

- Mr Bucks prefer option so 'many many wells can be drilled each year'

*Of course other option is Petro China Buy Out of Block XX asset with JV partnership on New Blocks as part of Petro Matad Energy deal

Mr Uund - You perhaps want to believe this but if RBL is available and base on ASSET VALUE - why will Mr Buck look for alternative when he HIMSELF mention RBL (as secondary preference to FARM DOWN).

I look at Reliable Production as 'COMMERCIAL' with understanding that they have choke back H1 so actually expect more output - even though current output still adding value.

Do yiu think CEO will say - 'We have Commercial productiin and have RBL but will not go for it?

Final Production from H1 will probably be more with Remedial work & understanding it is already 'choke back' to less output.

Remember RBL is to develop more wells across field to increase output and is based on NPV of Asset not Production.

Like I say - research more then just BB chat - will understand what China (thru company like PC/DQE) REALLY want!

Depend on any Staged Payment structure and also with Production offtake to DQE which is part of original commercial terms

Add to this RBL condition already satisfy now we have LAND Access / Production with 'Commetcial' level out put to add also - RBL general terms nee only first 2 conditions

Of course with very recent directive to Petro China to 'Increase Production / Investment' - this feed into Mr Buck first option for FARM DOWN with 'Many, many wells drilled each year.

Unlike previous y ars - now Petro Matad in position of strength which added by China State Agreements with Petro China/DQE patent company CNPC.

This is why very exciting times for shareholders now even when we do exclude major Renewable intel (Update RNS for that also due).
