Also check against recent talks with CNPC, agreement on Partnerships, Iran oil sanctions, Central policy to shift reliance on Russia-Middle East supply, Mongolia-China cross border Railway mega project - maybe then some BB poster who do no research understand why CNPC tell Petro China to deal with Petro Matad.
