PETRO MATAD is at centre of this with Block XX Production Development / RENEEABLE (with global biggest potential) New Multi Billion bbl Exploration Blocks!

How do you know signature is not done? Will be nice if they RNS this but they do not have to (legally) because they already let market know they expect it in Feb - (this is not like delays from Govt Land Law change & Mr Buck must be confident of his timeframe direct from company).

CEO Mr Buck did pay $100K Cash for resin I share purchase for extra stock - not just rely on options etc!

Mr Buck clearly say prefer option FARM DOWN with multi well drill program yearly.

Second option Reserve Base Lending with slower field development.

No mention of placing but above is what we DO KNOW!

Also CNPC (Petro China/DQE Parent Company) Agreement for Mongolia Oil development AND Ptero China directive to increase production.
