Company have "CASH UNTIL AT LEAST JULY 2024" This was only 4 week ago they say this but some BB expert say "what if they mean this" what if they mean that". This is sanecexowrts who tell everyone they sold already to trade so maybe everyone understand where logic come from Lol.

Even with potential "near term Renewable project revenue" to add to balance sheet focus is on RAPID FULL FIELD HERON DEVELOPMENT & EXCITING BEAR FIELD BLOCK XX DEVELOPMENT including potential 3 BILLION in Petro Matad extension into Toson Uul (Petro China have 2 Billion PROVEN & PRODUCING in their share ).

BUY or NOT but case for many MULTIPLE share price rise / shareholder value increase obvious - unless you believe all knowing BB traders LOL.

Maybe better to have some trust in mr Buck to make deal with DQE base on low cost drills / part deferred / some offtake component for fast track full field development of Heron & Block XX extension into Proven & Producing multi billion bbl Toson Uul basin.

He know metry s better then any BB poster guesses & think DQE will be gamechanger for company development / shareholder value.

Also have RENAV figure calculated & have give reference for transport costs to China refinery refund.

Now major derysk happen with Land Acces permission & operational start for production this year maybe people should not lose wood for tree saying ;)

I think Mongol Govt will want to protect domestic production for domestic use. This is what they would like but will they be able to do this with strong direction they push for International investment / free market environment?

This is real question because if they cannot then I see Petro China / DQE move onto Petro Matad. We do not have all info so who know.

Toson Uul Basin is already 2 Billion barrel PROVEN & PRODUCING in Petro China share. Same shelf but 50% BIGGER for Petro Matad.

I think in world of investment speculation, Takeover or not, 3 BILLION extra bblmor not, still safe to say whatever outcome value of MATD stock multiple of current price.

Question is MULTIPLE or MULTIPLE of MULTIPLE? I think this is fair view.

I do not think Mongol Govt have any direct equity / interest in Petrovis. Also I think takeover attempt by Petro China / DQE is OBVIOUS IF POSSIBLE.

Why wait for takeover offer when major issue of LAND ACCESS has now been resolve.

Because this is OBVIOUS development Mongol Govt will want to protect energy independence goal.

How will they do this? Is the IOM meeting related to this?

Petrovis is private company and if price is right there is nothing to say they will not sell because of higher ideal. Price will need to be high & before potential 3 BILLION Toson Uul development which is also plan for 2023 at same time as Heron. Mr D1nger estimate potential x15 greater value then just Heron development. This is huge!

International free market conditions apply UNLESS something have been put in place to prevent any sale. Does anyone have information of anything like this?

I DO NOT say I have answers but I present logic on this issue with i formation we have & without philosophical arguments.

I think whatever development we see will be very EXCITING & PROFITABLE time for MÀTD shareholders now.

Also think this will be quick approach by DQE who have strategy of acquisition as part of plan if you look at website

INSTITUTIONAL BUYING will soon leave out small retail trader so this will be other good development I think. Already lot getting push out & more will follow ;)
