Before it was not approve and all talk about "will we get this year" etc Now we see only small price moves with strong buying on dip.

Think people who talk about trading are really one who worry about Poop experience like mr CaC share with us.

Block XX in the middle of Petro China Blocks XIX & XXI with PC sister company setting up for partnership for full field development and Toson Uul extension which China Blocks already have 2 Billion Proven & Producing and Petro Matad share 50% bigger so estimate possiblity 3 BILLION bbls to be develop same time as Heron.

Q - Will they be allowed?

- Will keep simple. Unless specific restriction in place think WILL happen. We do not know of any restriction at moment.

- Whatever amount Petro China / DQE offer will be HIGH MULTIPLE of current price. 50p sound low to lot if us with all happening but think you are right to say good place to start for minimum bid.

- With such obvious synergy sir do not think this is about BEST time to make offer but about strategic bids sir. First low offer very near term perhaps then higher offer if rejected but after more development. Like this

Any OFFER /INTEREST will have major impact on share price because people understand how bids build up & strategic value of buy out of Block XX.

We know there is MULTIPLE newsflow / development so this will be Operational Update / Heron 1 workover / Production / DQE and other non Block XX related like Renewables / New Block Tenders.

Do not think anyone need to worry about lack of RNSs coming & key timeframe now in Q3 so Holding Level share price will be replace by Hard Bounce/Breakout.

Think this is very REASONABLE and EXPECTED!

Keep intelligent focus on investment case like Header show. This filter out all short term price reaction while share reach proper value.

Seperately will bring up certain point in news for ones who look to £1Billion+ mkt cap development

Mongolia economy expect to grow 7.2% this year & 7.5% next year (Interview post today with Regional MD European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, Central Asia & Mongolia).

She talk about major growth in region, strong push by Govt with law change and less permitting / licencing procedure to help foreign investment.

Also what I keep saying about Renewables and how Energy EXPORT to China possible with just 1,2 or 3 GW of renewable. Bank already give $130 Million loan dusburse for Renewable.

Cabinet Meeting yesterday talk about preparing for "Mongolia - China Expo" event and already mention Prime Minister & Foreign Minister meeting few week ago with talk of China infrastructure investment into Mongolia Renewable. Also we know we expect Project News / potential Near term Revenue for Petro Matad from Renewable.

I will say again expect either very near term offer for Petro Matad takeover (if no restriction make possible) or rapid development into public listed Quasi National Multi Facet Energy Company.

Either way massive shareholder value increase. Petrovis is not charity ;)

Focus on Heron / Block XX extension joint development still. For this ALL multiple news like I say in 1st sentence.

Think some people turn up on BB to disrupt & start argument. We all see this. Maybe they think can influence big price move like BEFORE land access issue resolution? But we see how STRONG BUYING come in on any dip with only small price moves now.

Lot of people getting little bit more aware of ALL NEWSFLOW & DERISKED stock from Land Access permission now given.

Can see clearly all major newsflow DQE DEAL, OPERATION UPDATE & START, NEW BLOCK ANNOUNCEMENT, RENEWABLE CONTRACT all at final stage for release in Q3 2023. When will first one be? This week? Next week? We know how fast this move & what multiple upsides to expect.

Sometime is time to stop looking for scraps lol but sometimes mouse is always mouse ;)

Big investor will start to come on & already we see some sign if this with large holder information. This will surely increase imo.

In meantime Investor wait (but not for long I think), MATD major derisk have happen with Cabinet aporoval Special Certification, Company announce soon RNS Heron/Block XX work program and all other development to take company into PRODUCER / REVENUE GENERATION.
