Mr Positive make very good point in 19:28 post about huge disconnect between target price and current price because of V-1 duster. Clever one know this short term reaction will be replace by stronger UPTREND to find real value toward near 30p target.

The. We have all other development which we discuss where see target projection much HIGHER but will focus on Q3 near term Heron Development / Block XX extension first.

Renewable contract for China infrastructure investment / New Block developments / JV partnerships / Transformation into quasi National Mongolian Oil / Energy conpany listed on UK market we see how this develop later.

Now REAL DEVELOPMENT / REAL REVENUE / REAL MULTIPLE RISE & SHAREHOLDER VALUE in focus on Heron /Block XX development.

My projection / target ROI in triple digit share price. Agree or not no problem. Very rapid move into double digit price first & immanant.

Nadam National Holiday over after today (Sat non working day) - start of INTENSE NEWSFLOW PERIOD NEXT WEEK.

You question whether Heron even exists? Yes it does.

You ask "The Heron oil discovery is in a remote area of Mongolia which could make it difficult to develop"

Sir please u derstand most of Mongolia is remote apart from capital Uluunbaatar.

Refinery is prioritise now and should be operational 2025. Until then all oil is truck to Chinese refineries. This is less convenient then domestic refinery but is well used and will not be problem.

What I say about research please listen to what mr Mike Buck (CEO of Petro Matad if you do not know) say on matter.

"Mongolian produce oil process truck through China and sold to Chinese refineries benchmarked to globally traded crude which is about 5% discount to Brent"

Mongolian Govt partnership / investment would transform Petro Matad into quasi National Oil company with public London listing stockholders.

Toson Uul Basin has 2 BILLION Proven & Producing in PC block 19 & 20. Petro Matad Block around 50% bigger.

Mongolia. renewable potential one if GLOBAL BIGGEST.

New Blocks for tender some bigger then Quatar and why some people talk about Mongolia as possible 'NEW SAUDI ARABIA'. Also mr Mike Buck talk about excellent geological profile across Mongolia for oil deposit.

Do not misunderstand. I FOCUS on HERON / BLOCK XX development BUT when mr Wolverine talk about FTSE 250 this is all POSSIBLE 100% but we focus on Q3 operations first.

This is most practical way to look at investment for now & fast move into double digit price territory.

Bigger picture will come & will seem I vious later :)

Your point is good but for this reasons I disagree

Full field low cost multi well development (and revenue) will be rapid with DQE partnership

Also PARALLEL Block XX ention development

Petrovis will want ROI quickly as well & do not think they trader for capital gain lol so not surprise if maiden dividend introduced quickly. This also open up door for even more Institutional investment.

We see but this is what I think & make full logistical sense.

Also contracts already in place for fracking service provider & well completion & also DQE contract already agree for another well drill on Heron (then he talk about MULTI WELL drill program with DQE which we know terms now agreed & wait final signature).

Thus is what I try to explain to someon in BB when they talk about experience. Very important is WHO YOU KNOW!! Wolfson ALREADY work with Govt & ZTT to get major project up & why ALREADY we expect NEAR TERM REVENUE on this!

Very obvious why we can expect MULTUPLE price upside on uptrend which should come in!

Get in before all RNSs / Developments or wait. No problem your choice but Info / intel presented ;)

Now V-1 past we can focus on Block XX FAST TRACK DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION & REVENUE.

Like Progressive Report say (Special Certification permission) have given us MORE CONFIDENCE IN CORE VALUATION 26.7p / share (remember this is at $70bbl oil price with Brent $80 and expect higher)

We also have "exciting" development of Block XX extension area with 2 BILLION Proven & Producing in PC part with our 30% bigger. Development plan parallel with Heron development.

I do not expect news next 2 day because of Nadam national holiday but MULTIPLE RNSs after.

Some will try to wait but other will see obvious MULTIPLE UPSIDE potential and get in before hard push on any UPTREND take off.

Ones who tell you wait for this or that can wait & all can make own choice with own money.

Now complete OVEREACTION from V-1 over we can focus on real VALUE which is multiple of SP now.

Like header say MULTIPLE RNSs due within next few weeks.

Let us see if HARD BREAKOUT about to hit with all who have been watching on side start to push back in.

Main thing for me is BIG FUNDS start to come in and replace small holder.

Very strong reason to think Petro China WILL make takeover attempt IF THEY CAN. If they really want something they WILL pay for it and also strong link up we expect with DQE partnership.

BUT

Block XX production will be strategic asset for Mongolia toward energy independence which they work for

Mongolia have very close link with China and if anyone monitor high level political talks then will see how close they are (now)

I do not know answer but VERY good point about India sir.

Mr Doc very interesting reference to larger holder and think thing in this department will change rapidly with clear sign of move toward PRODUCTION which will attract FUNDS.
