- Will any official in local Govt risk prison with obstruction when Governor have already say cannot go against decision?

- Herder compensation discussion complete

- Company already say have better relationship with local govt now and with order base on Project of National Importance can see where this go with all main Govt agency push of onstream production 2023!!

MMHI, MRPAM & Land Agency know what they want. Cabinet have ordered. Heron ONSTREAM this year & Block XX development of Toson Uul extension est 3 BILLION bbl started.

I see you mention about GM of BNR Bank visit Mongolia Mr Master as part of Project Monitoring Meeting. This is after Indian Minister give all clear as well.

Look like Insider Info which mr Bowley biasr about fall flat on face every time. He give 2 pieces Insider Info so far

1) On 4th July he say Cabinet WILL NOT approve Special Certification until at least next sessions start Oct 2023. Cabinet DID approve next day 5th July

2) He say "Mongolian President steal Refinery money". Will not explain how all auditing and stage payment / check procedures passed from Indian side.

2 big PUBLIC fails from mr Bowley.

Think show how good his Inside info is he want to HELP us all with. Think explanation very simple.

We have Heron Oil Asset, Near field extension est 3 BN in proven & producing Toson Uul, Renewable JV, Equipment for Heron, Contractors ready, Cabinet Approval of Special Certification Land Access (this was main one in Approval process).

We have MMHI, MRPAM & Land Agency push for Heron onstream this year, ALL Paperwork sent for signing to local govt, law to prevent obstruction in this and herder discussion made. This is "formality" like RNS say and because CANNOT obstruct we expect very soon for Heron / Block XX operations.

PRODUCTION THIS YEAR (if you do not believe this do not invest).

We see strong bounce of support price and lot if people who try to talk share down we know just wait to jump back in I think 😏

Estimate DCF 35p (mr G Kahn) but this is just example. All know value is MULTIPLE of current price.

Renewable mention by mr Buck but maybe research this independently. Mr Buck use word "MASSIVE" himself just like I do. Research and you will see.

Was getting Special Certification through Cabinet dealing with "formalities".

Now it is passed and just need signatures at local govt level with imprisonment for any obstruction you ask yourself if you think it will be delay?

If answer yes this is your opinion & invest like this.

If answer is no then same.

Very logical and no need for sneakiness with any agenda apart from applying own logic.

You still have not explain why on 4th Juky you did say NO CABINET PERMISSION FOR SC until (at least) next Govt session in Oct 2023.

Then Cabinet did Approve it NEXT DAY - 5th July.

What happen to your Insider I do you was providing to BB? What does it say about your insider info? 😏

Also when you say insider info (maybe same insider lol) say "President spent all the refinery money" but Indian Minister visit a few week ago fully clear project with full audit & stage payments what does this say about your insider info?

He also clearly say ALL PAPWRWORK sent out, background work done (Herder compensation etc) and only need signatures from local govt.

We also know new laws DO NOT ALLOW obstruction of Central Govt directive. Local Govt have been ordered by Cabinet & all procedure actioned.

Seperate interview Mr Buck say much better relations now with local govt and in principle do not oppose Petro Matad operations.

Look to me like all this factors point more toward settlement very soon & with EQUIPMENT /CONTRACTORS ready to go

So we try to be helpful in discussion and why I post this interview breakdown at 14:45.

Also I am INVESTOR with 18-24 month hold so I will be positive on investment if I feel nothing have change for this.

First I make point of Petro China MOU which mr Doc did correctly point out from 1st listen of Interview (3:39-3:55) but this does also cover "Support & Sale".

MAIN point why I am very confident of

target OIL PRODUCTION / FIELD DEVELOPMENT 2023 is all main Govt dept FULLY support and "facilitate" this target.

Also

All paperwork sent out, discussion for compensation / grazing already have take place with herders and go back to comments before from mr Mike Buck about positive relationship with Dornod admin (now).

Paperwork sent out just need to be sign and all agencies of Govt pushing this. Link this to any obstruction can mean prison for person who block Govt process (under new law) & Dornod admin who say they must obey Govt directive.

All equipment in country & contractors ready to go so with points above I believe start of Heron / Block XX operations will be in next few weeks.

Seperate and any time now will be RNS on Renewable contract imo.
