Did day local govt HAVE to sign Certifucation paper which is "FORMALITY". Central Govt have power to imprison them and this point very important to understand.

Special Certification Approval was under PROJECT IF NATIONAL IMPORTANCE. If local govt try to block in any way thus can be seen as treasonous against National Interest.

Understand when mr Mike Buck say MMHI, MRPAM & Land Agency "commited to first production this year" then this WILL happen with legal backing I put.

This is why local governor say CANNOT go against Central Govt decision and why formality is just this.

Make own investment decision but RNS will be MASSIVE and SOON.

I am happy have accumulated my holding level. Try to do same and see how difficult this is without moving price.

Soon will be MUCH MUCH more difficult and look like BUY SUGNAL will be trigger for more investor entry to push price 🚀

Header say all. Try to build up holding now and will move price up VERY quickly. Same as way it have move other way with small volume. Some will start now to still get opportunity of LOW price but other will get left I think.

- We talk about Heron and know we ALREADY have oil and expect signature for RNS any time now.

- We have est 3 BILLION bbl in Block XX extension to start same time as Heron

- We have at least 1 NEW BLOCK with all negotiation on fiscalbterm complete (RNS coming)

- We have 2nd New Block which we win bid and with fiscal term discussion with MRPAM

*Like I say some if this bigger then size of Quatar and next to / part of known or producing basin.

When Mongolia mention as potential NEW SAUDI ARABIA' maybe people should think about what happening there.

- RENEWABLE partnership will be MASSIVE I think. First Petro Matad look at using renewable for own operations then easy to see potential if sector. All recent talk with China about Renewable. This sector attract LOT of money with planfor local & China export.

Then think what was reason for important people in MMHI/ MRPAM/ Ambassador to be in Isle of Man meeting in person? Do not forget this 😏

- Main uncertainty was Cabinet APPROVAL for land certification. We HAVE it now

- Sufficient cash until "AT LEAST July 2014" (RNS 20th June 2023). Again believe official source or anonymous BB poster up to you.

- Local govt slow with "FORMALITIES" but this is all this is now with certificate signing. All paperwork sent already. Remember & VERY important point. Dornod minister already have say CANNOT GO AGAINST Central Govt. Also he or other can be sent to prison by new law if they try.

- Heron Workover only 2 week and does NOT have any impact from Winter time. This is not drilling but workover.

Other well maybe unless they have Winter rig but what you think will happen with price when certification FORMALITY confirm & Heron 1 workover start?

I think LOT of money will COME IN & STAY IN to investment with what people expect with FULL FIELD development & BLOCK XX Extension development with est 3 Billion (2 Billion Proven & in place on China share from Toson Uul).
