This js why I say now we know Herder Agreement complete there is no hurdle for certificate signing (big hurdle was Cabinet Approval and we get this 5th July).

Local govt cannot sign certification until Herder Agreement complete because this was main issue of herder right and EIA have address environment impact already which was part of EL issue.

Mr Buck talk about BIG COMPANIES coming in for exploration and Ministry of Finance support. This is also part of Central Govt plan for New Revival and GDP increase.

This is very interesting and give me confidence what I did think about Isle of Man meeting with IN PERSON people from MMHI, MRPAM & Mongol Ambassador.

Mr Buck also talk about JV with foreign company because of Petro Matad "in country experience".

Think IOM meeting was partnership agreement (under NDA) between Petro Matad & Mongol Govt as part of bigger JV plans.

Mongol Govt get MORE FOREIGN INVESTMEMT, MORE EXPLORATION & PSC Revenue + Production Revenue as part of JV.

Also more feedstock for refinery.

- Mr MB have found oil, Cabibet have approve Special land access approval. Have done this under National Importance to make even more secure for company. All paperwork for signature with local govt (WHO MUST SIGN) and expect RNS any day.

- Mr MB have parallel development plan for est 3 BILLION in Toson Uul extension

- Mr MB negotiate deal with DQE to accelerate development for low cost / offtake & terms agreed with DQE head office for final signature. I expect this with local govt confirmation RNS.

(Development go ahead with production revenue with or without DQE)

- Mr MB bid for new blocks next to existing asset structure. We have at least 1 with fiscal term all agree with MRPAM (1 more fiscal term in negotiation). Some of new block BIGGER then Quatar

This one people UNDERESTIMATE and I say TAKE NOTE!!

- Mr MB enter Renewable space at PERFECT time with JV partner who have PROVEN experience & HIGH LEVEL contacts to get contracts - this is BIG!

Mongolia have world's BIGGEST Renewable potential & export market / capex investment source right next door in China. All recent top level talk between Mongolia / China mention this. Development Bank want to invest. Even US talk on it & EU group who visit some month ago.

- Enough cash until "at LEAST July 2024"

Mr Mike Buck have nearly 11 Million real share for reason & will give himself more option in future which he will deserve.

He has been genius in company strategy NOW (not past issue) because we are investor NOW we look at this.

Mr Mike Buck say DQE approach them not other way round. Nothing suggest messing around so will not pluck out of air if nothing suggest this.

If happen then happen but nothing show this is case. If they did Petro Matad carry on field development still with production revenue but not at such fast pace as DQE.

Will still be move from Explorer to Producer with share price multiple of now but all advantage for DQE also in partnership & why they still there.
