When people talk of "Mongolia want to keep all oil" maybe they do not understand what Production Sharing Contract is and all revenue they will lose.

New Revival Policy & investment drive will transform Mongolia & all partners involve in this. Position of Petro Matad in all this is right very strong strategic & will be use to work with foreign company who enter with capital but want in country expertise.

- Cabinet have ORDER local govt & have DIRECT involving in process thru MMHI / MRPAM.

- Herder compensation AGREED which is why local govt indicate will give PERMISSION for operation to START but not final signature until HERDER AGREEMENT become HERDER SORTED with all land / compensation transfer complete to herder.

This is fair I think & why local govt look at permission for land access before this which complete Petro Matad responsibility.

Remember this get sorted by Central govt who deal direct with local govt and with letter approval for land access before completion of herder compensation / land handover.

Go back to investment case and with Mongolia massive growth & will understand position of MATD about to explode into Multi MULTIBAGGER
