I have been thru Dornod Govt documentation to find ref to herder agreement & licence process conclusion.

I find this ref which look like Petro Matad special Certification ref to herder compensation (which is agreed now) and special permit process concludion

- "In order to increase the contribution to local development and ensure the continuous normal operation of mining, a a cooperation agreement WILL BE CONCLUDED with the owner of the special permit.

"Matad Sum breeders supplied 25.5 tons of meat"

I think we all know what this will mean for MATD share price when RNS released to confirm start of operation consent

We know we looking at start of operations for Heron 1 with oil already in place. Also PARALLEL operation on Block XX extension are to target est 3 BILLION bbl.

We know company at major shift to PRODUCTION / REVENUE which also will open up investment buying for bigger institutions

We have been given permission for operation start by CABINET under status of National Importance project so cannot be stopped

Now we wait for last sign off from local council. Intel post yesterday (with checkable link) suggest this IMMANANT now.

RNS time in header for VERY good reason I think.

Valuation X10 current price on ONLY known asset AND only $70bbl oil price (oil price now over 25% higher & projection over $100 in 2024).
