Mr MONI when you do research you see how much crackdown is on corruption now. Few week ago Mayor of Ulanbaatar have to reign over bus purchase. Lots of other govt official have lose job or arrested

This is Year Against Corruption but does not mean does not exist.

With Special Certification under Project of National Importance it is very severe crime to get in way of this. If someone ask Petro Matad for money just reporting will see arrest.

This is beauracracy but like 28th Sept RNS say and other Intel I post "Special Permit will be concluded" and why parallel process follow now to bypass beauracracy
