All this against higher oil price thru 2024 (not just over few day change). I think we also see bigger buyer / holder come in who will hold long.

DQE will have all weather rig do is possibility but definitely yes or no to Winter production cannot say.

Mongol Govt desperate to have DOMESTIC oil supply. Do not want to rely on "EMERGENCY AID" from Russia / China like in Sept and with fuel run out now.

If Petro Matad already producing Mongolia would have domestic fuel supply ALREADY with proven transport / refinery route thru China until domestic refinery build.

This is why local govt WILL give signature & why Project of National Importance (you think they give this status for fun( AND why regulator DIRECT involvement now!

How long will local signature take with fuel supply critucal & FUEL CRISIS coming! Petro Matad production will not stop this in time but maybe Govt get anothe emergency supply for short period.

Will stop future issue and this is what Govt WANT and will GET from local authority i think ANY DAY now!

2026 better estimate BUT they will not need refinery completion to sell oil. Keep up sir 😏🦉

The Minerals and Oil Department (AMGT) said,

"Last weekend we received information that gasoline is not being sold in some areas.

There is information that people are buying 30-50 percent more gasoline than usual"

They say supply not interrupted but official MMHI figure show clearly different type gasoline reserve & Hold province article 9th Nov about gasoline stations running out.

Fuel shortage about to be BIG problem in coming few days I think!
