They have Cabinet Approvel of Special Land Certification for land access. This is real iss that poster discuss but look with objective eye and like I point out VERY important point.
- Certification made under designation of Project of National Importance. If local govt try to block this they can be imprison under new national laws.
MMHI, MRPAM & Land Agency FULLY behind Petro Matad. ALL paperwork sent out & ready to be sign. Again if local govt try to block they can be IMPRISON.
This is why local govt in Dornod say if Central Govt decide something we are powerless to stop them.
- Service providers ready & all equipment paid for. Also multi well program already agreed.
- 2 New Block applications and first one all negotiations for fuscal terms agreed. Remember this blocks are same basin as alreasyPROVEN & PRODUCING basins. This is like est 3 BILLION we already have with Toson Uul basin in Block XX extension which will be develop same time as Heron.

Back to main point. Petro Matad have full backing of MMHI, MRPAM & Land Agency with ALL paperwork ALREADY sent out & no option for local govt not to comply with Central Govt instruction.

Also farmers compensation / alter active grazing have already been discuss & will be small amount of money with all further obstruction with this removed.
