8:50 - 10:50 New licensing round with all fiscal term agree on one block already. Second progressed. Third possible. Strategy is get block next to already Proven / Producing basins. All timeframe by Govt aggressive & being met with looking to awards BEFORE end if year (but exact timing in Govt hand of course).

10:50 -12:55 Renewables Very pleased with SubSteppe JV and expect very big things with "Massive potential" for Mongolia Solar & Wind generated power & Govt /Energy Ministry pushing hard in this sector. "Very pleased with the way the JV is working with OPPORTUNITIES COMING OUR WAY" (*ref RNS NEAR TERM Contract / Potential Revenues in 20th June 2023 RNS).

12:55 - 13:55 Newsflow over next few months. Lots of exciting stuff but focus Heron-1 onstream. "We, Shareholders & Mongolia have waited far too long so that is BIG target for 2023" and initiate Phase 1 of development of that discovery.

I send Email to MMHI, MRPAM and to Mining Minister Mr J Gambaatar. Also other correspondence to Prime Minister.

What tell me everything about persons Intel is when they post on July 4th that Cabinet will not vote on this until Govt reconvene next October.

This has been big point in media & political debate about Mongolia reliance on Russia oil import. All part of self sufficient drive & push for domestic production / Renewable investment.

Like you say Block XX development will help provide feedstock for refinery to meet this goal & shoot in foot if block. Also loss of PSC revenue.

Like I say in previous post reason why MRPAM, MMHI & Land Agency all heavy backing for Petro Matad in process with legal change to give no way for local govt to block (also link up with mr Mike Buck statement on good relations now with local & herder agreement reached).

We all know both Russia and China can crush Mongolia with force BUT here is point.

BOTH Russia & China have strategic link up with Mongolia to benefit them (article also talk about many trade agrremments sign with China during PM official visit in June & we see recent trade visits to Mongolia from Russia).

If Russia OR China push too much influence on Mongolia they do threathen each other interest also (check China plan to invest heavy resource into Mongolia renewable for energy import with agreements last few months in official visits).

No guarantees but lots of reason to be very positive on development of Mongolian economy & position.

About Petro Matad finance same and will go by official position in 20th June RNS about "cash sufficient until at least July 2024" unless we hear different.

My own opinion is we will get all formalities for Special Certification approval within next few week to start Heron / Block XX operations. New laws to imprison anyone who obstruct Govt business put there for reason. When Cabinet orders something (specially under National Importance status) not so easy for anyone to start obstructing.

Dornod head akready say nothing he can do against Govt order and this is why.

Remember obvious if election next year and politician trying to accuse other you do not think unamed source will use pawn to try to accuse other. I read this accusations EVERY day with my own research.

Like I say ALL intel point to Refinery progress INCLUDING new laws to speed up personnel / equipment only few month ago after personal visit by Prime Minister AND visit by Indian Govt Minister few weeks ago who give all clear on project progress.

Also ZERO I tel or any other indication of "President taking refinery money" lol. If you understand Mongol politic / culture after Coal scandal all party a cause other part of corruption. - It was even mention in US framework talk last week

- Year of anti Corruption 2023

- All Minister / Govt official have to show Incomes / Assets

- Indian Minister visit few weeks ago to directly view / check on project - SATISFIED

- About month ago direct visit by Prime Minister & law change to help Manpower / Raw Materials which did slow down refinery construction before.

- Refinery project was put on higher priority for completion

- Indians will have own auditing & stage payments.

Like I say Indian Minister did visit only couple of weeks ago and was satisfied with progress.

Then we get poster who say "the refinery investment from the Indians has been spent by the President" 😂😂. When this is all going on did he run down to Bubble Tea shop to spend all refinery money 🙄

Understand also very important point. Govt of Mongolia get revenue from PSC with or without refinery. Refinery is about bigger Mongolian energy picture not just about Petro Matad.

Someone mention we had in country Mongolia consultant who did say "his contacts told him Exploitation Licence would not be granted". It was granted couple days later 😂

Heron 1 is simple 2 week workover with all weatger rig I believe. Do not worry about Winter if I am correct.

Good point mr c001959 (16:57 post). I mention this about comment re: multi well drill agreement with contractor (DQE i believe) but people more interest in hysteria today 😏

Think with all Central Govt agency fullysupporting Petro Matad and Special Certifucation importance can punish any obstruction with prison then we will get start of operations soon enough.

Choice to hold shares is individual one & cannot control this or immature posting on BB by bad researched posters lol

My hold is unchanged for 18-24 month timeframe & many multiple ROI so today drop just event that does not impact this.
