Mr Buck have position Petro Matad in centre of this to attract JV partnerships and why Petro Matad also help out with design of Tender Process for NEW BLOCKS.

This is also how I think IOM meeting fit in with partnership work in 3 ways - Petro Matad, Mongol Govt & Foreign company. Will see.

Think some people start to understand what I mean by mr Buck Master strategist in this and also why I hold good position in company for my investing timecrame.

I think you need to understand BASIC ECONOMICS sir like have also explain to you.

- Mongolia need to IMPORT oil (and in crisis more expensive China emergency shipment). This take out of FOREIGN CURRENCY RESERVE because of dollar price. Domestic production protect foreign reserve.

- Also Govt will earn REVENUE from PSC

- Also with fuel crisis people will want to know what Govt do to protect supply in FUTURE

Do not be fooolish with AIM GAMBLES. Look under Financial Condition Section of ORCA RNS.

They give 81% of licence away and need permissions from at least 6 different parties which take end March 2024

They have £115,000 in cash and in ADVANCED FUNDING TALKS for equity raise!!

Thisvus why I look for PROPER INVESTMENT like MATD - not all rubbish on Him like you recommend.

"Today 12.07/2023 the deputy governor of the province, the Head of the Dept of Food and Agriculture, the Head of the Eastern region Mineral & Oil, Planning and Investment Dept, Emergency Dept" met with

"Managers of Petrovis LLC, Standard Oil LLC, Shunkhlai, Tes and Ulz Oil LLC."

"In the Province there is a half month supply of A-92 fuel but the fuel stock is LIMITED"

"In addition 13 gas stations of Petrovis LLC are working 13 rural sums and setting a LIMIT on the amount of fuel to be issued per day"

They say more fuel to come in next 7 days (I post early in week or last week about emergency short term shipment from China).
