Let me put in more simple way.

We have major Fuel Crisis in Mongolia with emergency supply from China need.

By direct order of Cabinet Block XX development Project of National Importance (how many other domestic oil production project have this & blocked by local governor?).

Resignation of Fuel Minister (head of MMHI) demanded by DP. Today breaking news Speaker tell Parliament "DECISIVE ACTION" to be taken against individual who block oil project.

This will have be discuss before today Parliament session and MMHI in direct talk with Local Governor where it seem like individual is slowing Project of National Importance oil production project during.

Like I say decision to use Decisive Action will be taken before today speech and with direct talk between MMHI and local governor think he notify of this already.

I use CURRENT INTEL for my opinion on this matter. You can see how other can use insult only (always).

Now with fuel shortage and other issue he say to Parliament that DECISIVE action will be again this peoples.

With MMHI /MRPAM direct talk with local governor this threath from highest level can be use & back by law change already in place.

Today Democratic Party in National Assembly again ask for Head of MMHI Mining Minister resignation because of fuel crisis.

When all background detail know we understand better what sort of discussion happen between MMHI and local governor.

With CURRENT fuel crisis I believe DECISIVE ACTION will be almost IMMEDIATE to divert issue of Govt handling of crisis 🦉

Point I make about Law change which mean ANYONE who block direct Govt order can go to prison.

Look like this THREATH will become ACTION unless blocks lifted across projects that have blocks by any individual!

First POWER CHINA - My biggest investment by far is Mongolian Oil company (click username for reference). Reason I mention is Power China operation at State tender level

Today headline: "The winning company "Power China" has submitted its plan. It will be put into operation in the western region within for years (source: ikon.mn)

Power China capable of NATIONAL PROJECT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS and we know China state backing have influence on other STATE LEVEL negotiations.

We KNOW economic need for Bangladesh to develop domestic coal production but unlike Mongolia the Govt does not help this - experience say denial can only last so long but so long can still be some years - this is cold logic.

Conclusion: think will NEED to happen but not so sure WHEN. Because of this uncertainty I put Risk as VERY HIGH but also reward as VERY HIGH.

BUT

I DO NOT TRADE - I have holding and keep it complete. Good development reward will be great. Long wait then exposure to stock limited but at least I have exposure here.

For me biggest problem is if I am NOT invested. Now I have holding will keep it safe, forget it & see how development go even if it take done years (or sooner).

This is my approach - practical - no clever trading - limited exposure risk - comfortable holding level.

They all want production as soon as possible for domestic production, PSC revenue and to protect foreign currency reserve.

Fuel Crisis maybe show why.

BB speculation does not make sense when we look at more complete picture.

Last info from today - Fuel crisis in all headline. Mining Minister mr J Ganbaatar say supply will be okay and problem with transport.

Officials say one reason "railway congestion" for supply from Russia BUT Ulaanbatar Railway say "there is no problem with transportation".

Mr Ganbaatar also say Emergency supply from China have problem with not enough wagons to transport but will load directly into cars if need to.

Sound to me like Govt try to calm people but evidence say FUEL CRISIS get worse - make up own mind.

I hold at least 18-24 month so smallprice move do not affect me & will not play game like some "big holder" here - all know what he really up to with crying on BB every few week then say he need £100K to buy MORE stock - befire hecstart to cry again :(

Eastern Provincial Assembly is most important meeting for local govt. It duscuss issues under Article 21:3:2 which cover Law on Land & Budget discusdion.

Like I say NO information from meeting so think this will start to come out next week and we will see if mention of Special Certification which I think must be discuss.

Also we see now Fuel CRUSUS hit Dornod also with emergency meeting with operators including Petrovis main shareholder of Petro Matad.

1) How long did Magna Trade legal process take that you always quote? From very start of litigation sir NOT just court dates.

2) You complain so hard about mr Mike Buck take local governor to court in 2019 and now you want to repeat this.

3) Why do your meltdown on BB happen always sane time someone have made big single sell & price go down lol

Take all this and ask yourself why you want to start LEGAL ACTION after CABINET ORDER and with Law change to force local govt?
