GoB New Energy Plan to be unveil in coming weeks.

Any price dip sees aggressive Buying with such HIGH DEMAND / LOW SUPPLY

I see price development with natural stages but understanding HAZARDOUS to trade because of liquidity situation. I am investor anyway so this situation suit me well.

I expect move into double figure price range shortly and base on my research / understanding of the investment - others may have own views - NO PROBLEM!

I will try to make this post clear for REAL Investors.

Mr BP you are not here to help discussion - as you say yourself "I am only here to wind up holders". Many of these holders have families who they try to provide for but your thrill is more important.

You say you have always been right but you tell people 'MATD will go bankrupt and stop trading in a few months" just for more of your thrills.

You boast you are right in what you say but mostly you say "maybe this happen" or "maybe that happen" - this does not help investment decision.

You say "Maybe Cabinet do NOT pass Special Certification" but anyone who do research understand this will not be case and with Govt policy in 2020 on Fuel Independence.

If you did RESEARCH you will know but like you boast you do NO research but think you can post on investment like this.

One who bother to do Research have to tell you drilling on New Blocks CANNOT happen this year after you do usual 'I am afraid that MAYBE they will drill new blocks this year' - HOW CAN THEY WITHOUT EIA or EL?

Correction -DQE deal conclusionl need confirmation of Operational start (this is what we expect).

INFO out there but you have to do OWN research to find it.

- Drill costs already covered for start of Production and revenue generation will be rapid.

- DQE deal terms agreed & with Head Office for final signature. We always did expect this need confirmation for operational start.

This will mean LOW COST / FAST TRACK development of full field towards 7,000-9,000 bbl a day with some offtake component.

If DQE deal was not on table development will happen in more organic way with Production Revenue supporting this.

- Mr Mike Buck does not see Petro China agreement as problem because land is not own by PC (only lease) & MRPAM who are on "both sides of negotiation". Before anyone ask he & MRPAM know better legal position & negotiation position. He has no concern over this.

- Producer has much more flexible option over funding. Anyone who say it will be same price as when we did not even have go ahead maybe does not understand this point.

- Multiple RNSs we can expect as Company prepare FIELD DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS and other Newsflow like DQE JV conclusion etc.

Very different from long periods of uncertainty with developments - think most can see situation very different from before so PRICE OUTCOMES DIFFERENT.

Mongolia People's Revolutionary Party change name to Mongolian Peoples Party (MPP)(Centre Left politics) - they are Govt in Mongolia and push hard on Economic / Investment based agenda.

Local governor is put forward by elected Municipal council (or Provincial council as RNS term use for Dirnod - District is term for Mata Sum).

Prime Minister then decide if candidate put forward is suitable so have FINAL say - he can refuse candidate put forward.

Also understand why Company Special Certification - this give them much stronger legal status if anyone try tonintergere in any way with opetations in future. I always point out Project of National Importance have many other benefits - link this with 2019 Law where National Security Council - Prime Minister, President & Speaker) can dismiss any Judge who they see as 'dishonest' to protect National interest.

Maybe now Special Certification make more sense and also understand how Petro Matad (supported by Govt) building up position at heart of Energy policy in Country.

*Also maybe check how Mongolia one of fastest growing Global Economies and how shareholders will be part of this thru Petro Matad investment - lot talk about "Powerful Neighbour China" but his will be our advantage with INWARD CAPEX INVESTMENT & OUTWARD ENERGY EXPORT! 😏

THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT POINT FOR COMPANY & SHAREHOLDERS!

Now have anyone notice in recent Dornod Aimag publicity Deputy Governor much more public. Before was not case and has been for few weeks now

RNS 1st March 2024 - "The company has raised the issue FORMALLY (about Governor) with government agencies including: the Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority of Mongolia, MMHI, Ministry of Economic Development, Central Land Agency, Deputy Prime Minister, PRIME MINISTER and the President".

Understand this point - Mongolia divided into 21 Aimags (inc Dornod) - Aimags divided into Soums (inc Mata) and this divide further into Baghs.

Parliaments of Provinces and Capital City ELECTED for four year period. Governors of Provinces (Aimags) and Capital City APPOINTED by Prime Minister.

We did think we would get permission thru Special Certification ( this will still happen with signature) but we did get it first with Local Permission from Mata Soum.

Local Governor have now been PUBLICLY identified and FORMAL COMPLAINT sent - he will sign now or be gone!

In meantime & most important - DRILLING ACTIVITY FOR 2024 SECURE TO GO AHEAD with all MULTIPLE RNSs WE CAN EXPECT LINKED TO THIS!
