Locals at Phulbari are now fully behind the mining initiative (ref the AGM feedback / RNS 29th Jan).

We also know this has now been presented in discussions with Hasina herself present & GCM rep/Govt discussion indicate this will be moving ahead as part of Govt New Energy Plan.

This is not my biggest holding but certainly the biggest potential upside anywhere & the investment case has just been reinforced further!

Following from mr Master link and fitting with intel about Local (District) Sum priority over Dornod (Provincial) Aimag and why RNS will be release shortly.

Activist Chudun Erdenbet - "Matadad Petro Matad LLC solved the problem. It is an issue that was not supported by the Provincial assembly more than a year ago".

Yes - Petro Matad has SOLVED the problem!

It has done what it said it would do -

1) Plan A - get local Permission which will let them start Operations 2024

2) Plan B - get Special Certification which they have but need local governor signature.

Plan A or Plan B will do but right NOW - Plan A local Permission is agreed and paperwork drawing up to becsign by local Matad Citizen group & company.

This is NOT Provincial council with governor who try to delay things. This is Mata district council who agree and nothing to block signature or any great beauracracy with just over 2,500 population.

Provincial Governor CANNOT stop this because local Mata Sum have right over land usage decision above Provincial governor (Land law 2017).

This is why protestor say "PETRO MATAD LLC SOLVE PROBLEM".

RNS will be with within few days & open up all other Operational / Development like DQE RNSs.

Make own investment decision - this is what is actually happening! 🦉
