- Every macroeconomic factor

- Locals are happy to relocate and are finally on board

- Power China, a power house as JV partner already committed to investing billions to get mine operational has hung around and probably whispered in a few ears re this project (they already have an operational mine in Bangla amongst other ventures, so know all the right people)

- Gov left with no choice but to mine own coal

- 100 billion asset of which GCM own the license for

- Have been lobbying the govt the past 12 months

- Offering govt involvement in the project (final piece of the jigsaw imo)

- Coal to be used in Bangla and not sold off abroad (historical gripe of locals, who are now onboard)

- Almost half the shares are held tightly by CEO and associates directly or indirectly (why it’s so hard to buy and moves the way it does)

- CEO practically self funded this not taking a wage in over 3 years and keeping us afloat because the LSE listing and the securities it brings is essential with the kind of money involved in a country like Bangladesh

- Funded until end of May at which point we’ll hopefully be in the pounds, not pennies and future fundraises (3m loan repayment) will be off the back of this new SP

A lot of posters went to the recent AGM where the mood was the best they’ve described in years and comments like ‘next year Champagne instead of tea’ do little to calm enthusiasm like mine lol

We have so much short term price triggers to come with confirmation of NED appt, TR1’s, press releases and details of the proposals this month being leaked a measly 10m mcap will hopefully be blown out the water when we have a hundred billion pound asset on our hands. So first for me is 100m mcap which equates to around a 60-70p share price.

Broker now ginivg target after long time just out £1:38 andcwill be more but look like all will bevwell into TRIPLE DIGITS for very good reasons when yiu look at World Class Asstet / Devrloments / Strategic Partner (Power China) / Energy Prices.

Multiple RNSs due immanant including NED appointments and with New Energy Plan release shortly - like people reference (and in line with Company direct feedback) Energy Minister supporting Domestic Coal production with Phulbari mention & MASSIVE UPSIDE expected from this.

Mr Postman I look at this in different way - older holders will tell you how hard this can move with timesof single digit to 70p within couple of days (for example when Power China partnership announce - correct me if wrong please).

*Power China renew JV deal recently which is very confident move

With all expectations of TRIPLE DIGIT share price on Govt confirming Phulbari (which daily info coming out of Bangladesh suggest) my priority would be just accumulating before then and at top price limit I set for myself (ex 20p or whatever).

When will RNS come? Do not know in this particular case. I look at situation.

Mata Sum is 💯% with Company now!

- They go against eco protestor in harsh way

- They go against Dornod (Provincial) Governor

- They have legal right to do this under Land Law

- Only 2,500 citizens so not massive beauracracy to go thru.

- All agreed at Meeting end of Feb so do not expect any long timeframe to draw up document & sign with company. Probably days is very reasonable but if slightly longer do what.

Main timeframe we look at is all READY for START OF DRILLING SEASON - that is it and without all complaining on BB.

I say before I lookm at this as one of safest investments on AIM which will move from Private Investor / Trader base to Institution / Investor base as PRODUCTION / REVENUE / GROWTH come in (follow eventually by DIVIDENDS).

Lots of Newsflow & Major Multiple Upside - or we can believe little traders who in past have rely on uncertainty with long development timeframe.

Make on Investment decision BUT useful to focus on INVESTMENT! 🦉💰

There is low share in issue and now as with all indication showing Phulbari Development go ahead with Partner Power China (and possibility of Govt partnership in Energy Park).

We get previous price targets of £45 done mentionfrom Cazenove Note (lower share issue but lower coal price also).

Most recent target £1:38 and expect to get lot more - lot of factor to consider to properly value so will be some differences BIT expect ALL will be in TRIPLE DIGITS.

This is why lot of positions will become commited ones - who want to sell for 7p, 20p, 50p with such upside!- some will but many more will ACCUMULATE and HOLD imo.

This will cause bigger Stock Supply Shortage and why ones who experience price moves here from past share this experience of such massive short term moves.

Very exciting to hold this stock at such defining moment of company development - coming weeks will be MADNESS on BB so appreciate old holders & knowledge they provide🦉

I think point is posting so critically on MATD every day but maybe as much time should be spent on other disasters Mr Doc holds - maybe it go back to time he was openly exposed of buying MATD stock while talking it down to try for a better price!
