Government understand this very well and why I did post about fuel crisis before. This is why Petro Matad will be central part of Energy move in future with Oil / Renewable (also ho back to Isle of Man meeting with MRPAM / MMHI members).

Biggest factor is DEMAND!

If Phulbari go ahead given in GoB New Plan AND shares are OTC then Buyer Demand will be massive and your broker will probably be approach directly for stock.

I had this with stock where broker did contact me to sell all my holding. Usually you ask broker and they try to match with buyer but Supply v Demand will see brokers approach imo.

BUT this is only if OTC happen - I do not think this will be case as very different from POLO and Capital Mkt access / Listing will be big advantage.

This is why I see major price re-rate & Limited Supply / High Demand situation in coming few days with NED appointment RNS imo.

I post POWECHINA recently received Award from Bangladesh Govt and probably part of PR move for acceoyabke link to announcing Phulbari develoment.

Also we see Bangladesh is one of "core markets in its global business scope".

Think everyone can see how influential Power China is in country and at the top Govt level - it is GCMs partner and has renewed its agreement with the company.

The reasons will be based on much better Intel then we shareholders have but key is in the statement of discussions between parties and the New Energy Plan about to be reveal.

The background Economic situation backs this up - there is NO alternative!

I look at all background factors which help me to understand Obvious & Inevitable position of Bangladesh Govt for Phulbari approval - this should open up Staggering Multiple Upside and not just X5 or X10 on the share price (I think this use fair conclusion).

- Bangladesh cannot survive with current Economic / Energy policy! This is accepted Fact!

- Foreign Currency reserves critical

- Industrial infrastructure breaking down and we hear about export Industry closures (which brings in foreign currency) like Textile Insustry.

This is why I expect GoB 'New Energy Plan' will give go ahead for domestic coal production at Phulbari.

Current two way discussion already suggest this & GoB JV with GCM on Solar Park link to this (Source: 29th Jan RNS).

This will initiate spectacular price rise here & couple with low stock availability.
