If we are to be picky, the word 'world' should typically not be capitalised unless it's part of a proper noun or a title. For example, 'World War II' or 'World Health Organization'.

Naturally, a bit of psychological observation would suggest, in this context, capitalising 'World' is a clear sign of overcompensating for something small. It explains everything!
