To be fair, is it practical to call out the naval forces, to intercept French fishing trawlers in pursuit of a few herrings. Those herrings will feed a French family, or end up in a British dustbin because we don’t really like herrings. 40p by Friday is more unlikely than Donald Trump declaring he was obviously wrong and got beaten by a better man. The market is err on the side of caution and hovering around the same low mark. This is poor, but more upbeat than I thought. I have to admit I expected a plunge on the Brexit uncertainty. We are not out of the woods yet and it is still looking mighty grim. Perhaps the dark monster in the room is not alone there is another negative interest rate monster looming. If both of these beasts materialised together it would be very grim indeed!

You would do well to take that bench mark much lower, in my opinion?

Having said that, I believe there could be considerable upside, and you might be lucky!
