Classic Parsons kicking the can down the road exercise .. with all those highlighted focuses it very strange that f..k all has happened in 3 years . How can you be focused on something with actually having any business with in that market.. Sums up this nonsense .. I think we’ve been here before with somebody putting in capital that ended up being hot air ….again.. For new to this business…. potential investors .. do your own research and don’t be persuaded to invest by some over excited characters that have recently occupied this forum.. First off look at the history of the directors .. successful or not ?… IMHO of course

The buck stop with the Chairman and he has a history of failing everybody but himself. Talk about over valued the guy has destroyed everything he has touched whilst paying himself excessive salaries and even bonuses for failure... You really couldn't make it up. The Aim at its best..IMHO

Small : I’m with you on all that you say.. The first prospectus was an insult to anyone one trying to make a informed evaluation on whether to invest more or not .. The second one was much more to the point and gave a lot more detail.. The company seems at pain to keep as much detail in-house and then wonders why shareholder aren’t happy to invest more.. all the cloak and dagger stuff creates miss trust … it is very disappointing how many delays there has been even in the last year .. To be honest all small caps try and give as little information as they can get awY with and then wonder why the share price falls away. Tlou really are now at the point when they should hot on the PR trail .. They have obviously been saying the right things to the DOC or he wouldn’t have put in what is a large pile of cash..

I think delivering 10mw has been pushed back due to finances. In the prospectus for the rights issue it stated that the project would be held up in one form or another if the full take up wasn't achieved. It then went on the state how the finances would be allocated. As the uptake was very poor then somethings have had to be held back. One of those was the substations initially being set up to take 5mw rather than 10mw. I can only think that they have people willing to put finances in once the project can be proven to be successful. Colm said that they had plenty of option regarding finance previously ... but may be forgot to mention that this was on the proviso that the project is proven first .. He's always a bit economical with the truth at the best of times. And has been seen as a liability by many in the past

i would be interested to know how much cash the company has invested to get thus far.... the botswana government have alot to answer for in its inability to support this project for the greater good of the country and the region . it's no wonder tg sounded a t ****ed off in his communication....`can't say i blame him... it must be like catching rain water in a sieve

However the funding is received it means GDR are being handed £1.2 m of funding that it would have other wise had to fund it self it the pursuit of it’s stroke test. Not sure what the big discussion on how the funds are received is relevant . It means funds are being given full stop

THE AIM is full of FOMO and FOLTL (gamblers) which make any investment a gamble in the short term.. With large and speedy fluctuations .. GDR is good example of the roller coaster ride...

They will not go for a placing .. that’s why the have done the draw down option.. they didn’t think the market would go for it and that hasn’t change and may even have got more unlikely that it would stomach it now.. This is not a get rich quick business the lead time to sales means a slow build up of sales .. but a big Opportunity once sales start

What's positive about doing nothing for 3 years ....or more .... this lot of so called executives are a joke.. Do you know any business in the real world that would be acting like this .. Top heavy board over paid executives and no progress in terms of strategy WHATSOEVER!! ... Treading water is the name of the game getting as much out for the absolute minimum input.. Think this may be a positive inaction that Tlou have got what they need on the gas front although not a conclusive and the sites are miles apart .. CBM is alive and moving forward in Botswana which Donkey was questioning only a week or two back

Think you find that GDR are operating a pull marketing sale strategy. The sales team are backing up the outsourced companies with technical info etc . rather than jumping on the phone cold calling. Its how its done with these types of products in the medical market

Once ….. two of them are still invoked in exploration.. but more on the venture capitalist side..( in separate organisations) .. but it looks like doing the same type of thing

I'm with brad there TG has managed this project through a mass of adversity exceptional well. You only have to look at the doc to see that people who have big money can see this too. It blatantly obvious that Botswana is a difficult place to do business in, especially if you are foreign and are starting a numb industry

Seems to me like he been gently pushed due to lack of sales traction. It would be good to get a rallying cry from the new guy with what their sales approach will be.. because without this income this business is doomed. It can no longer rely on hand outs from the government grants or rights issues to shareholders. They have a good pipeline of products but need to start monetising these

To be fair to Brad I don’t think there’s much to comment on ..that he hasn’t already given his two penn'orth… it’s a bit of a wait and see for most who have been invested for quite a while…and for new potential investors, it’s sit back and wait ..until it be comes a proven and potentially successful project. For me the actions in building all of the infrastructure suggest that gas will be there. When required or why would you bother ..TG is to astute to just blindly carrying on regardless of the out come …IMHO
